Customer reviewThe location was good not right in Dam square, but close enough situated in the middle of the 3 main squares in Amsterdam. The room wasn't what i expected and we were on the 5th floor with no lift. The breakfast was a few buildings down too which was inconvenient as we had 5 flights down the stairs across a few buildings then 5 back up. Over all it was Ok! I would say we could have found better. but it was cheap in comparison to everywhere i could find on the net |

Laura-Gabriela Kanabethe location is great; the rooms are clean, not very much space though, but you can move around; the breakfast is not very various, but it's enough to have a good start of the day. |

james cullipAbsolutely nothing, the place was infested with mice and filthy. The window in our room was wedged ajar, and considering we were on the ground floor safety of our property was a concern. Not all but some of the staff were extremely rude and unsympathetic of our situation. What was advertised as a private ensuite was accesible to any other hotel guests, who may i say didn't miss the opportunity to use our so called private facilities. AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT. DO NOT FALL FOR THE SAME MISGUIDED ADVERTISEMENT THAT WE DID. |

Customer reviewBig minus: It was overbooked and one night we slept almost in a storage room (but they didn't charge us for that night) So it was bad, but not extremely bad. Plus: staff more-less friendly. |

Customer reviewThe room is acceptable but the access is very difficult. The stairs are too steep and narrow, the breakfast room is small and the soundproofing on walls and pavements is clearly not enough. If you need the room just to sleep it is a good choice, but avoid the weekends, as it is overpriced. |

Customer reviewThe location was fantastic, close to everything you can walk everywhere. The bed was very old and saggy and the building noisy. - walks are paper thin. |

Customer reviewNo window in the room. Claustrophobic! But for what you gotta do in amsterdam it's fair enough ;-) |

Matthew SnellBreakfast and in room wireless internet were good. The day we arrived however our double room was double booked and we got put in a tiny tripple room with bunks. We moved the next night. Service was generally OK but not great. Not exceptionally well run but cheap and good value. |

Josefine LindIt was very clean, the rooms where big and the safetyboxes in the rooms where really big. The staff was really friendly too. I like that they had internet at the hotel, the only bad thing was that they didnt have any kitchen, only a microwave, so you couldn't really make your own dinner. Other then that I would really recommend it! |

Morag McDonaldIt was in a great area, lots of restaurants and cafes, and a bit less tourist-centred than the more central hostels, although all of that was a quick cycle or tram ride away. My room was functional and clean, the staff were helpful, and it was the cheapest single room available. |
