Liked: everything!

Disliked: there was a japanese old man, i don't know what he did there.... but he snored that loud and annoyin all night....so we decided to stay there only one half of the night, if you know what i mean ;)

Liked: good location, 10min from central station and right inside the RLD.

Disliked: some roommate go to party and drunk when back... also the drunk people at the street which make us cant sleep

Liked: I read quite a few bad reviews about this place, and honestly have no idea why anyone was complaining. The hostel is in an ideal location (minutes from the train station, and right in the red light district). The staff was extremely friendly, the rooms were nice and clean, the bathroom was way better than I expected, and cheap drinks at the bar (especially during happy hour). It was my first stay in a hostel, and I was very happy with my choice!

Disliked: No complaints at all, really enjoyed my stay.

Liked: The smoking room is one of a kind , loads of people coming from other hostels just to use it .! Very easy to get your self back to the hostel, right at the begining of everything ! Shower and toilet in every room (no sharing with everyone like other hostels)!! Very easy to find, free wifi , 4 or more plugs in the room ! Its more than i expexted and i am glad i booked the globe formy amsterdam adventure ! It

Disliked: Small bottle of water 2 €..!

Liked: The location is great and the staff were friendly enough. The bar in the hostel was nice. Free wifi.

Disliked: It could have been cleaner and there were no lockers in the room. There was no common room apart from the bar or kitchen.

Liked: Location was excellent, large dorms provided perfect opportunity to meet other travellers. Good bar.

Disliked: Beds not completely clean - bed bugs. Staff could have been more engaging and friendly.

Liked: the hostel is in a perfect location, very close to red light district and Dam's square we stayed in a mix dorm and the bed was really confortable

Disliked: too much expensive for the type of room offered

Liked: Bar on site, great location right on the red light district

Disliked: hot rooms, no lockers for luggage, only 6 small lockers in an 8 bed dorm, dirty rooms and bathrooms, bathroom doorknob fell off.

Disliked: very noisy and only 1 socket in a 20 bed dorm so people were having to sit in the hallway to use their computers

Liked: Great location, bar downstairs has a real smoking room and pool table, met some cool people there

Disliked: the rooms were small, the beds sucked, and they smelled. holes in the sheets. staff seemed to show no respect

Liked: while I was there someone got about 200$ stolen from a backpack, they were accusing one of the cleaning guys. We din't have any problems, maybe because we where very carefull with our stuff and allways caried the money with us. I don't think is the most secure place but for the money is great.

Disliked: The place is nice for the price, its right in the red light district.wi

Liked: The staff were brilliant, really friendly and helpful. Showed us the best places to go gave out maps, look after all your valuables behind the counter etc. Everything is very high quality and so a really good place to stay. Location was really good in terms of being able to walk to everywhere and didn't need any public transport.

Disliked: Location probably wasn't the best safety wise as its borderline red light district with coffee shops opposite. When coming back from nights out at 3am there would be quite a lot of junkies to walk past but we never had any actual problems and it is well lit/fairly busy. Also there's only one key per room so you have to rely on other people waking up when you knock to let you in!

Liked: Nothing.... One staff member was nice and helpful - she warned us about the poor security of their hostel... !

Disliked: The rooms were very stuffy... because 20+ people should NOT sleep in such a small space! Other travelers ate their breakfast in their bunk beds, levaing a mess around their beds... making it difficult to get around the room... Neighborhood is quiet during the day, but noisy throughout the night... If you want to sleep - do not go to this hostel... it is in the middle of the red light district.... go there for the sex=servers, live sex shows and "coffee shops"...

Liked: Bathrooms were clean. Beds were fine. Great location in the Red Light District. Really easy to get to just about everywhere. Lots of people around to meet! Makes a good environment to meet people in the dorms.
