good comfortable bed, clean sheets. staff were very helpful. lots of narrow stairs to negotiate. the ensuite was something else, not so good.

The fact the room had a separate shower to the toilet very handy for 5 girls!!

Fantastic location. one block from tram line, walking distance to A Frank Huis, great shopping, cathedral.
Breakfast above average in that fresh fruit was offered every morning as well as ham, turkey and cheese in addition to the expected bread and coffee.

great location- bars, restaurants,museums are just a few minutes away, room had a really nice view(gracht) but needs a renovation and wasn't too clean
breakfast was ok-toast,fruits, boiled eggs, ham and cheese, jam, honey and orange/apple juice
free coffee and tea
