This is an important message for people that are visiting Lucky Lake for the 2nd time: Bus 126 does not stop at Lucky Lake anymore. The only option is to take our shuttle. You don't need to call us anymore as we we will pick you up from Holendrecht at scheduled times (see schedule below).

1. From Aamsterdam Centraal station by metro:

Take metro number 54, direction Gein. Get out of the metro at 'Holendrecht'**. Our shuttle will pick you up, see schedule

2.From Amsterdam Centraal Station By Train (Eurorailers):

Take the train, direction Gouda or Utrecht. Be aware that not all the trains stop at Holendrecht! Make sure you take the right one as this can be tricky. Get out of the train at 'Holendrecht'**. Our shuttle will pick you up, see schedule

3:.From Utrecht Central Station By Train (Eurorailers):

Take the Sprinter to Breukelen. Get out of the train at Breukelen. From Breukelen take the Stoptrein (make very sure you take the Stoptrein as this can be tricky!), direction Amsterdam Central. Get out of the train at 'Holendrecht'**. Our shuttle will pick you up, see schedule

4. From Schiphol Airport By Public Transport:

Under Schiphol-airport there is a big train-station. Take any train that stops at Amsterdam-Duivendrecht. At Duivendrecht, take metro number 50 or 54, direction Gein. Get out of the metro at 'Holendrecht' **. Our shuttle will pick you up, see schedule

**At Station Holendrecht
Important notice:
Due to work at Amsterdam Holendrecht station we have a new pick up point for our shuttle bus.
Take the south (ZUID) exit and walk down the stairs, turn right and right again. Keep the fence on your left hand side and walk down to the main road. The shuttle will pick you up under the tunnel at the normal scheduled time. If you have any problems finding the pick up point please don’t hesitate to call the shuttle on 0031 630043016 or reception 0031 294 282814.
The shuttle is 1 euro per person per ride.

From Amsterdam Centraal it takes 17 minutes to get to Holendrecht. The shuttle will depart from Holendrecht to Lucky lake on the following times:

00:15 / 01.00 / 01.30

Please note: To take the last shuttle at 1.30am you will need to take a train from Amsterdam Centraal station from the train platform. Make sure you take the right train that stops in Holendrecht as this can be tricky! Lucky Lake hostel cannot be held responsible if you take the wrong train and end up in Utrecht.
Ask for a train scedule at reception.

Make sure you are there 5 min before the scheduled time. Depending on traffic the driver maybe a few minutes late.


By Car coming from the South:

Get on the A2 highway, direction Amsterdam. Take exit number 3, direction Abcoude. At the end of the exit, turn left. Follow direction 'Vinkeveense Plassen' (don't go back on the highway!) You are now driving on a road that is parallel to the Highway. At the first junction on this road, go straight, direction 'Vinkeveense Plassen'. You should now see small houses on your right side. At the next junction (immediately after these small houses), go right.

You can park on the big parking-area on your left. Lucky Lake is in front of you.


By Car coming from the North/East/West/Center of Amsterdam:

Get on the A2 highway, direction Utrecht. Take exit number 3, direction Abcoude / Vinkeveense Plassen. At the end of the exit, go right. Stay on this lane, following direction 'Vinkeveense Plassen'. You are now driving on a road that is parallel to the Highway. At the first junction on this road, go straight, direction 'Vinkeveense Plassen'. You should now see small houses on your right side. At the next junction (immediately after these small houses), go right. You can park on the big parking on your left. Lucky Lake is in front of you.
