Liked: Good location. 24 hours. Very friendly staff. Discounted prices on tickets etc. Extremely good value for money and the breakfast included is brilliant.

Disliked: Ordered food in the bar one night and waited at least an hour for it to arrive.

Liked: Very clean and efficiently run. Excellent free breakfast.

Disliked: The hostel was very large and didn't have any character. It wasn't a place to meet other travellers because there were too many guests and the common spaces weren't a great place to hang out.

Liked: everything was fine. he room was clean, clean sheets, staff was helpful and the facilities were great, even had a bar and a place to eat something in case u didnt have time when you were out. good place all around, i would recommend.

Disliked: it was a bit loud at times during the night. besides that thought it was a good stay. good value for money.

Liked: It's a very clean, nice, and safe hostel. Many hostels are shitty in Amsterdam for a low price. Here you pay a lil more, but it definitely makes your stay in Amsterdam a very comfortable one.

Disliked: It's too big to meet other travelers. I prefer smaller, more cozy hostels if they are as clean and nice as this one. The computers don't really work, the monitor kept "freezing" again and again (like all of them!). Internet is very expensive here. All kinds of accesories are sold at this hostel, but at a very expensive price as well. All the rest was wonderful!

Liked: It was close to the centre but at the same time far enough away so it wasn't too busy with traffic etc. It being situated right next to Vondelpark was a massive bonus :) It had everything you would require in it so there was no need to go searching for things like shampoo,towels or even food! It was the cheapest hostel I could find too and I was suprised by the standard of it. I'd definatelty recommend this place to people, especially groups who can fill either a 4 dorm or 8.

Disliked: The only thing was I think they could have had more computers available, there were maybe 5 or 6 and sometimes you had to wait a while to use the internet. That's all.

Liked: Location - It was in a lovely location, near to the bars but far enough away from the Damrak to avoid the classic tourist cafes.

Disliked: The bar sometimes closed earlier than stated

Liked: fantastix place albeit it being a bit out of the center. staff was wonderful especially Eva. Was an awesome experience as far as I can remember

Liked: The hostel was well located, I could go walking to many places such as Van gogh museum, "Iamsterdam" and even to further places such as the red light district and the central station - these are a bit far, but if you don´t mind waliking a bit it´s not a problem. It was clean, tidy, the breakfast is really good for a hotel pattern. I generally enjoyed my stay there and I would hardly recommend.

Disliked: Only the fact that I had booked a room for 4 and ended up in a room for 6 and I just got to know it there. But they kept 2 beds free, so it wasn´t a problem at all the end.

Liked: It was great. Well located. Walking distance from main touristic sights. Clean and silent. Exceedingly good breakfast. Free linen clean and warm. Good option!

Disliked: Expensive internet rates for Wifi and local computers. One shower and toilet for every room of 4 or 6 people can get a bit in the way.

Liked: I loved the location just outiside the park. The staff was friendly and from the hostel you were able to buy postcard, stamps and send the cards in the mail box. That was convinient.

Disliked: I didnt like the distance from the main city center but I enjoyed not being so close at the same time. The area is nice a secluded so sleeping with the window open at night is not problem.

Liked: Good location to Museums, clean, good breakfast spread, alot of information available

Disliked: No towel to rent (have to buy at Euro3.50), No free internet, too big to meet people, no provisions store nearby, vending machines are expensive

Liked: Very good breakfast

Disliked: Rooms were filthy. Bathrooms were extremely moldy. above the toliet the ceiling leaked. We asked the staff to fix the leak and they did not.
