Liked: Good location, good breakfast choice. Helpful staff

Disliked: Rooms were a bit unclean, only one wall socket worked, which was the one right next to the sink!

Liked: It was in an excellent location.. Vondelpark is especially beautiful in the sun! Easy to walk to the city centre and has clean rooms and a good choice at breakfast.

Liked: Excellent location, good facilities, nice lounge and bar... you can meet people from lots of different places

Liked: Great location. Great breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Good quality bed and bedding.

Disliked: The "Free Wi-Fi" was not accessible with a Nokia E51 phone. Unfriendly price for computer use. Locks for lockers (in dorms) are not for rent - only for sale for 5 EUR. Own food not allowed and thus no place to eat and prepare own food. Stairs in "Wing-A" hadn't seen vacuum for some time. Unfriendly price for towel rent.

Liked: Everything was nice. The breakfast wasn't anything special, but it was nice that they had it. It was in a very safe area and I definitely felt comfortable being there.

Disliked: They have free internet, but there are few outlets where you can use the computer.

Liked: The location was perfect and the staff were extremely helpful. Wonderful breakfast and rooms were always clean.

Disliked: Sometimes the computers were not working.

Liked: It was a serious well driven business! It felt really clean and organized! Good service as well (unfortunately some rude staff, but where in amsterdam can you find a tourist place with only pleasant service minded staff?)

Liked: It was big and spacious. Very clean. Lovely breakfast. Lovely location next to Vondelpark in a really nice part of Amsterdam. Away from all the tack of the main tourist area. Very safe location. Staff were helpful. Can buy tickets for most of the sights at reception. 5 minute walk to a tram stop.

Disliked: The internet was awful. Very expensive and did not work properly (had to wait a few minutes for pages to open) Very frustrating. Seems to work just fine behind reception. Also they try to encourage credit card payment even though there is an extra charge. Alot of school tours stay here but they seem to be in a different part of the building, bit annoying at breakfast having to queue behind them or find space in the common area downstairs.

Liked: Breakfast is very good quality.

Disliked: Some people in the hostel got very rowdy in the early hrs of the morning in the hostel corridors, not the hostels fault but just good for people to know if they want a nights sleep.

Liked: very clean very hot heating on all the time constant hot water in shower and sink excellent breakfast right next to the beautiful vondel park great place to chill out overall very nice hostel

Disliked: a bit far from evry thing
