Ami BuczekAbout half an hour walk from Centraal station, and a three minute walk from the nearest tram station. This location wasn't the best, but Amsterdam is packed in with shops and so much community that location doesn't matter unless you can't stand to walk a bit to the red light district and such. There is a free tour offered by the hostel every day, which will give you a great overview of the city. |

Customer reviewA beautiful hostel in an outstanding location. Facilities were excellent. Easy to get to the trams at the Leidsplein. Right next to Vondelpark. Not very easy to meet people in this hostel because the common areas are arranged so that you are always sitting far from other people. WiFi is available, but is VERY expensive. Almost no one uses it. Computers are equally expensive. Almost no one uses them. Electrical outlets are hard to find. It can be difficult to find a place to charge your phone. Laundry is available, but also very expensive. 2 of the 3 washers were not working when I was there. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Very clean. Large lockers for your backpack, both in room and for rent in the lobby. |

Customer reviewI liked the fact it provided cheap meals in the evening and a licensed bar -The location in Amsterdam was ideal to and the proximity of Vondelpark very enjoyable . We found the building very quiet at night .One slight negative remark : the mattresses are too thin . |
