Liked: Location! Gorgeous view on to a canal in rgw back :)

Liked: Very clean. Excellent location. Safe.

Disliked: To many codes, tickets, deposits, tickets etc. You have to pay extra for everything, lockers, internet. There is no kitchen so you can not make dinner and no common area to socialise. Everything is very branded and not very fun unlike many other hostels.

Liked: Rooms and beds/linen clean. Staff generally friendly. Great location!

Disliked: Toilets and showers felt dirty. They got cleaned every morning, but are a bit old and I felt dirty coming out of the shower, which is not right....but maybe it was just the people staying while I was there...?

Liked: the location and due to bed bugs in the room they put us up in a nice hotel...unfortunately it was outside of the city center

Disliked: some of the front desk staff were very unhelpful when we were checking in late at night

Liked: The hostel was clean, free breakfast is always a plus and the location was good (although amsterdam is tiny so...)

Disliked: no free WIFI. I find it unbelievable that a hostel doesn't have free WIFI. and the prices to use the internet were extortionate! 1,50euros for 15minutes? no thanks.

Liked: Great location and the staff was very nice to me! Breakfast was great too! Big lockers in dorms also helped a lot!

Disliked: Internet was too expensive in my opinion and the bathrooms smelled a little bit. No elevator can be a problem if you have big and heavy luggage and stay in the last floor. But it´s still a good hostel and i recommend it!

Liked: nice spacious bedrooms, although alot of beds, but ok if you dont mind sharing. nice breakfast, cereal, yoghurt, bred, jam, honey, ham, cheese, orange juic, hot chocolate, coffee and nice room to eat in.one member of staff was very pleasant and talkative where others where very rude.

Disliked: the bathrooms did not get cleaned for the entire 3 days that i was there. on my first night there were things in the sink, rings on the surfaces, and on my last morning the sinks were still dirty ( had big clumps of hair jell in one sink, old toothpaste from someones mouth in other etc ) and the work tops still had all the rings round, not good at all!!!! some of the staff were very rude and abrupt and not helpful at all, felt like you were pestering rather then feeling comfortable to ask them anything

Liked: It was easy to find and the breakfast was ok.

Disliked: Everything, it was dirty, the showers were horrible and also really dirty. The personal was not so friendly and I found it expensive for those kind of services.

Liked: Staff was very helpful with any questions, and the hostel plays its role. It is nice place to relax if you get tired in the city, the bathrooms are very clean, and the beds were comfortable.

Disliked: I would have liked directions to the hostel from Amsterdam Central, It is a short walk and is a good option instead of trying to catch the bus or the metro.

Liked: Overall this is a very good hostel. They have a nice location near the Centraal station, the red light district and famous coffee shops. Dorms are big but cheaper than most places. They offer internet, a wonderful free breakfast, and a cool lounge are with t.v. and laundry services. Give this place a look.

Disliked: The staff were a little snipity at times.

Disliked: It felt like a hospital, too clinical. Not a fun hostel to stay at, but if there's nowhere else it will do for the night.

Liked: the breakfast was wonderful :) the staff were so friendly and helpful. there were free lockers.

Disliked: the bathrooms and wc's are a bit far to the dorm rooms. Dorm rooms are too crowded.

Liked: Very very clean hostel and very safe too. Also good place to rest because it is calm. Well located because about 10mins from DamSquare, 15-20 min from Leidseplein, and 20 min from train station walk of course !! Safety is really the best quality of this hostel . And breakfast too ;)

Disliked: Jasmine left no negative feedback.

Liked: Perfect location.. I bit expensive for one dorm bed but it was nice and clean and the breakfast was good.

Disliked: Our dorm was extremly hot eventhou all windows were open

Liked: The breakfast was great and the staff was incredibly helpful. The location was also a real plus, just a little outside of the red light district.

Disliked: Pubic hairs all of the floor of the shower.
