The quality of the rooms, along with the location, were exactly what I was looking for in a hostel. The staff was helpful in directing us where to go and providing insight into Amsterdam.

Very nice and friendly, clean, great environment to chill out. Also brilliant that we were able to sit in lounge/bar area after check-out, as well as before check-in. Location is brilliant.

Great location, just in the middle of everything. Nice and clean rooms. Comfortable bed as well. Great security all day.

Probably the best all-around Hostel i have ever stayed at. It's great. Amsterdam was great and The Bulldog was even better. The breakfast could be inproved but who eats at 8 am anyway? Definitely stay here!! Tell Jimy, the door guy , i say Whats up!!

The whole Hostel was amazing, I really like the decoration.
The staff were very friendly.
The Terrace was very cool also.

great location, you are in the centre of everything! rooms are very clean and staff very helpful. internet service is fast and easy to get access to. very secure and safe hostel with security on all the time.

right in the red light district, but had a little hard time to look for this place since people on the street gave us so many different directions to get there! I liked almost everything about this hostel but the bathroom on our floor didn't get cleaned well everyday(or it might have been the early morning right after somebody puked a night before or something) Some front desk people were nice and friendly. Convenient location, surrounded by everything like shops, restaurants and shows, nice decorations. 10 to 15 minute walk to the station.

Bulldog was easy to find and had a great location. We slept at the 10 bed dorm and it was spacious as well.

This hostel was located in the best place in Amsterdam and the cleanliness was great. The bar was a a relaxed place to chill out in, breaky was good and security was extremely firm. Good for keeping stuff safe but bad as you couldn't bring a friend in, even to the bar area. The one and only downside to this awsome hostel. I would stay at this joint again no worries.
