very good location and a rather good atmosphere - it was also fun, but i personally feel that anywhere in amsterdam would have been just as fun, and most probably a significant amount cheaper...

The hotel was very trendy and central to everything. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the rooms were clean and not cramped.

I liked the bar and the general atmosphere of the hostel. The people staying there were a fun group and the staff was very friendly/funny. I also felt very safe while there.

Everything. You don't get 25 Euros a day for a very clean bunk, BREAKFAST included, deep inside the Red Light District, with its own coffeeshop and cheap food and stuff. Cheap Hostel rooms are rented for a quick abandoning to other fun places, in this hostel, fun IS inside, no matter what kind of room you have. Basically, best hostel EVER.

friendly happy staff, security was good, lots of information on stuff to do, free soap, shampoo and condoms. Location was perfect and easy to find. Will be staying there again!!!!

I would definitely recommend this hostel to others. It was located on the street of the red light district and a short walk from centraal station, so no need for trams, the staff went out of their way to help us, the room was huge, immaculate, smoke-free and very funky, and it was so cheap! I will never stay in a hotel in Amsterdam again, I'll be going back to the Bulldog.

more or less, everything was relly good. The brekfast was good, the room was big and hot, the WC was clean... I'll be back here again, sure!!
