Liked: The hostel is located a little bit far from the all the main squares. It's at the border of the city centre. For the price you pay it's fine. You even get fresh towels every day and your bed is made. However, we found the staff very unfriendly and quite unhelpfull. We emailed them a few days before with a few questions and didn't get a response the first time and the second time they told us they were busy and barely answered our questions. Which I find strange as we're their guests. At check in the guy behind the reception was very unfriendly too and did not make any effort to help us! I would not stay here again!

Liked: Place is really ok,for me location was good ,and the only bad thing is that it is not quite because you could practicly hear whenever somebody in other rooms open the door,use toilet ,but otherwise everything is ok.

Liked: There was only 1 staff member who was ever helpful and she was on the day I left. I asked to change beds, as they assign you a bed, but apparently it was too hard. 1stly I was told that all the keys had been given out for the room (although there was 1 free bed the whole night), then the next morning because there was a group of 7 coming into the room, the cleaners would have to clean the whole room (extra work) instead of 7 out of 8 beds - of which my bed was changed and cleaned each day anyway!

Liked: We spent New Years Eve here basically out of necessity and nowhere else was available. It was overpriced, and quite dirty and very small. For the money, I wouldn't stay there. Other parts of the year might be better priced, but we paid about 336 euro for 3 nights and it was not worth it.
