Liked: Very comfortable beds

Disliked: There was a RAAAAAAATTTTTTTTT in the room both nights though we informed the front desk after the first night. Also, the light in the bathroom didn't work

Liked: the beds was ok.

Disliked: There was only one computer for everybody and people used to smoke A LOT INSIDE the rooms. My stuffs began to smell very badly...

Liked: In a good neighborhood, but far from most sights.

Disliked: Bed Bugs!!! There was no community, public area that you could go in case your roommates were asleep. The shower did not drain well.

Liked: the location- 20minutes walking from Liedseplein 5 minutes walking from Van Gogh's museum and Reijksmuseum.

Disliked: RATS-they ate our food during the night. I couldn't believe it, but ut was true. Not very clean Very old, tiny dangerous stairs, tiny rooms. Reception looks renovated, but the hostel and the dorms are not.

Liked: Great location. everywhere within walking distance, only took 5-10mins on tram to get to it from train station. Our room was clean, had shower/toilet room too which was very clean. Clean sheets and towels. Staff friendly and helpful. I will definetely recommend it to the others.

Liked: The fresh towels each day was pleasant. It was warm and comfortable.

Disliked: The computer was from the 1930s and the hair dryer that was advertised did not work.

Liked: location, clean blanket, sheet and towel.

Disliked: The corridor and the rooms on the first floor stink of cigarette smell although all rooms are non-smoking. I think some of the guests smoke on the balcony and the cigarette smell gets into the rooms and the corridor. Very unpleasant. Also, there is no common room where backpackers can hang out with other backpackers.

Liked: The location was pretty good, as it's close to the galleries and the 'entertainment area' as well as the tram stop. There were no lockers in the room though, and the internet was not working while we were there. A little bit sterlile, but it has everything you really need.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
