Liked: Good location, clean, friendly land lord and you can smoke. The top floor flat is the better one as it is quieter and better equipped and laid out.

Disliked: No cooking facilities other than microwave and street noise can be loud.

Liked: Great location. Friendly owner. Very secure. Free internet & smoker friendly.

Disliked: Noise from street can get loud at times. If you're a light sleeper it won't help! No cups, bowls or toaster in the apt which we did expect as a minimum but we survived!

Liked: Location was excellent - it is difficult to find, but you can't be any closer to the centre of Amsterdam. The staff in the shop below are very helpful, pleasant and will look after bags if you arrive slightly early. Price was very reasonable and value for money.

Disliked: The only minor problem was that some of the walls needed to be painted in the partment and there was a "disco light" that clicked on and off incessantly in the hallway. However, the apartment was very clean and quiet at night. Really small gripes and I wouldn't let it discourage from staying there.

Liked: Awesome, a rare find in Amsterdam! Loved the whole experience, very helpful, friendly staff/owner, super vibe, clean, spacious trendy apt located in the heart of the city. Great value for money... Ultraviolet apt come highly recommended.

Disliked: Nothing, steep stairs like in all of Amsterdam...

Liked: Amazing location. Right in the heart of Amsterdam. Very close to Dam Square, Red Light District and many coffee shops right outside door. In a city like Amsterdam its great to have a little sanctuary like this to come back to. Couch, TV with cable and kitchenette...what more could you ask for? Oh and the bathroom was very good.

Disliked: Minor complaints: no light in kitchenette area (but enough ambient light to get by). It was very warm/hot in the apartment and there was no air conditioning or fan. Front widows were hard to open (very large and heavy (its a two person job unless you want to lose a finger))

Liked: Brilliant location, 2 minutes from Dam Square, 5 minutes from Red Light District. Nice to have your own space in such a crowded city. The owner was really friendly and helpful too. Thriving street below was good for people watching. Two coffeeshops right across the street. Avoid the crappy bar next to Free Adam. Full of grumpy locals.

Disliked: Bit weird not having a blind in the bathroom. The window overlooks rooftops and a church. Facilities were a little basic (not much in the way of plates or cups etc) in the studio but we didn't spend much time in there so it didn't matter. If you are a light sleeper, the crowded street below might keep you awake. Drink more.

Liked: Great location: RLD, Coffee shops, Take Aways, Supermarket, ATM all within 5 minutes' walk. Great landlord: the studio apartment was spotless and unbelievably comfy. Having a huge sofa (we had the Dam2 studio), LCD tv, a toaster, a microwave and a fridge really makes a huge difference. I will definitely book again next time I'm in Amsterdam.

Disliked: There's absolutely nothing to dislike about this place.

Liked: Brilliant location ,nice sized apartment ,big windows 4 plenty of light . Nice and clean when we got there ,everything was in the flat as stated - tv,cd player ,dvd player ,kettle ,fridge & microwave .Nice electric power shower (hot) . All in all i`d recommend to anyone stay at this apartment . O and Smoker Friendly aswell . Landlord Miro was sound any questions or anything he will sort you out .

Liked: Great location,was left to own devices! much better than a hotel ......big apartment .......above a wicked clothes shop in the centre of town.....2 minutes from everything!! Miro the landlord cannot do enough to help ,very friendly and cute too :)

Liked: It was very central and the owner was so helpful during our stay with giving directions, letting us check in early and out later catering to our flights! Would 100% book here again - A nice little private apartment in the middle of it all! Fantastic!

Liked: The guy who owns the apartments is very friendly. We stayed in dam2 apartment which had a huge couch that was great for chilling out on. Very smoker friendly and the location is very good. There is however, no curtain/blind/frosted glass in the bathroom which may freak some people out, but the window doesn't face any road or pavement where people could see you. Overall I would stay here again.
