Customer reviewit was on avarage a good place to spend some days.clean and safe with a good breakfast. If you re travelling with family or looking for a quiet place could be the ideal selection since its in a quiet neibourhood with quiet residents away from the noise of the city center. If you re looking for partying and a fun place to meet new people I wouldn't recommend it since it's about 15 min with a tram to the city center but it is rather difficult to move by night since the tram stops at 12.30 and night buses aren't that often..on avarage the only withdraw would be the location cause after spending a long day sightseeing you really think it twice before leaving your room by night... |

Ivana Wagstaffhotel fliipper was a great place to stay, although tt was a little was out of the city the local area is actually really nice to explore. We did ask for a ensuet room but ended up using the shard toilets and showers but never had to wait in queue and was always clean. the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was excellent. would def stay there again for a weekend break. |

Customer reviewFirst any visitor to Amsterdam should be warned about the places. Normally rooms and houses are really small. However Hotel Flipper surprised us with a three bed room and fairly large free space, although we have booked for a two-bed room. And the bathroom is really modern, another aspect you could not see in other hotels in Amsterdam. They changed our towels everyday. The breakfast is good with different options. And best of all, they provide wireless internet access, very rare over all European hotels and I think a really important feature. It is on the way of Tram line 4 and after 1 o'clock at nights you can take Bus 354. It is 5-10 minutes away from the Dam square. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Flipper and recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Amsterdam. |

Nicki SitarasIt was exactly as described. Small rooms, but clean and the price was fair. The staff was helpful - although they made sure that breakfast was removed exactly at ten - which was extremely punctual and good of them... I don't like second helpings... Very accessible. I recommend but no frills. Hostelbookers should verify the directions they give, which are located on the hostelbookers website, I think they might be wrong. |
