Nemo Apartments

Nemo is offering you accommodations in the quiet place right in the middle of the city of DaM and located in 10 minutes walk from the Central Train Station, or the Dam Square, or the Red Light District. Cosy stay in the Busy City!
We are located near to the most fun places in the centre of Amsterdam, with the walking distance from the Central Station and Sent-Nicolas Cathedral, the Rembrandt House, the Zoo, the Dam Square, bars, restaurants and coffeeshops.

The check-in or check-out is only possible from 14.00 and only till 22.00.
Where no 24 hours reception at the property! You need to email to arrange your check-in.
The check-in after 22.00 is charged extra 25.00 euros and needs to be arranged.

Please note: No credit cards payments! The total amount of your reservation inclusive the City Tax 5% is a due up on the check-in in cash form.

We require € 100.00 deposit for security and two sets of the keys; you will get this money back on check out in return of both sets of the keys, and clean/tidy apartment.
For the reservations made longer then a month in prior : please contact the property at list one week for the arrival date to secure your booking.

For cancellations please email at list 72 hours in prior your arrival date. Please note : we can also have your booking cancelled in case we can't contact you 72 hours for the date of your arrival by the email or phone number provided with your reservation details. In case of no-show your credit card will be charged for the total amount of your booking !

The min stay on week days is 2 nights, on week-end is 3 or 4 nights ( min 5 nights on High Season ).
For all reservations made for High Season ( Queens Day, IBC or New Year ) we require deposit of 20% pre-pay to secure your booking. The security amount need to be transferred to the company account one week for the date of arrival.

No check-in or check-out on December 31st and January 1st! Please email for more info about your booking on High Season dates!

Accommodation Information

Each apartment has a TV area, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen areas are equipped with all the essentials for the stay (crockery, cutlery etc) so guests can use the kitchen to cook but need to leave it clean and tidy.
We are smokers friendly...
All apartments are on the different levels of the building, and both buildings have steep stairs. Only two apartments are on the ground floor. Big luggage sometimes is a problem to get to the 3rd or 4th floors.....
The pictures provided at that website are collective from a few apartments. We recommend to email to us for more information about your location and details or pictures of the apartments.
Important: We have two locations send us email with the request for your stay, so that we can try to accommodate your party in the best possible way.

There is also P+R Zeeburg Parking 24 hours for €6- with free ticket to the Central Station with tram 26, only two stops.
