Matthew LeeTerribly far from city center, decrepit structure, full of carousing families and dead-eyed tourists, the only saving grace was the cleanly kept linens. Worse, staff seem unconcerned about all the drugs that was going on right inside the hotel. Don't stay here. |

Customer reviewThis is a GOOD cheap hostel. If you've been to some crappy hotels in big cities before, you'll find this hostel to be a nice surprise. The staff have their rules and hold you to them but they are all very fair. If you are a rich uni student who is used to their parents always sorting out travel, then you won't like this (as I heard loads of moaning from uppity kids). For most of us though, this is a sick find... if the more central hostels are too expensive and this one fits your price range - go for it. Bus 18 goes straight from the city center to the hostel so it's not inconvenient by any means. |

Customer reviewgood place to spend a weekend in Amsterdam with freinds spending little money. However, a bit far away from the city centre. To come back at night you need to spend around 20 euro in taxi. |
