Liked: We stayed for two nights with a child.It was very good every room had their own bathroom,comfortable room.

Disliked: The Hostel is far from the centre ,about 30 minutes with bus or tramp. Around the hostel is nothing to see,end of nowhere...:(( Staff is been rude.Possible dislike black people.

Disliked: The accommodation was poor, very very smelly, wallpaper coming off walls, very far from city centre, very expensive! We paid nearly £60 per night, very poor value for money

Liked: The people were very friendly, it's great value for money. Trams, buses, takeaways and aldi are a walking distance from the hostel.

Disliked: Javid left no negative feedback.

Liked: it felt safe and secure, rooms were comfortable and clean enough and breakfast was awesome!!

Disliked: it's about 20 minutes away from the centre by tram and heating in rooms could have been better. they were a bit cold

Liked: We arrived by bus at 6 o'clock in the morning and reached the hotel at 8. But when we asked for a shower the lady at the reception asked us to wait for a little and then let us check in already. And although we checked in that early we didn't have to pay more. The room was ok, you shouldn't expect much more for that prize. It had a table, a tv and facitlities and unlike most youth hostels i stayed in you didn't have to make your bed by yourself. They also give you a towel. You have your facilities on your room which i liked a lot as well. The room was pretty clean altough someone else had written on the walls. But i guess i can't blame the hotel for that.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: Great breakfast. Most dorms have en suite facilities but that does mean sometimes waiting. 24 hour reception is handy especially when our trains were delayed and we didn't get in until 2am. They also have a lift.

Disliked: It took a lot of insisting to get reassigned to a new dorm room when there were issues with the first one. But clean, unused sheets is a basic hosteler's right.

Liked: Breakfast was pretty good, with different kinds of bread, cheese, meat, and eggs.

Disliked: Lack of maintenance. Door knobs falling off, shower not staying in place, creaky half-broken bunk beds.

Liked: free breakfast was good, and i met some new people. location was far from the city center, but we got to see an area of amsterdam we wouldn't have seen otherwise which was pretty cool.

Disliked: staff weren't super friendly, and it was a long tram ride to get to the city.

Liked: easy location, clean and comfortable beds, adequate breakfasts

Disliked: the noise of banging doors at night, the smell in the bathroom, no opening windows or air conditioning and no coffee available 24/7 as it said in the ad.

Liked: It was 20 mins from the city which was really good because it got me travelling on the tram and bus which i wouldn't have done otherwise so it was good to see outside of the city. The transport around was right outside the hotel and easy to use. A massive cheap supermarket opposite which is good. The room was clean and the shower and bed was amazing. The breakfast was really enjoyable and was really varied considering i am a veggie.The price for the room was excellent.

Liked: It's attached to a hotel, so the atmosphere was very pleasant. I felt well taken care of.

Disliked: The room was not fully cleaned while we were there, meaning a truly disgusting mess left along the side of the shower/tub stayed there the entire time.

Liked: Breakfast included, small shopping center directly across from the hotel and easy to get to public transportation.Relatively clean, helpful staff.

Disliked: Too far to walk to city center, shady neighborhood filled with rude men. No WiFi or actual internet (they said it worked but it didnt) and the rooms smelt awful. Keys didnt work all the time, had to replace them on occasion but I felt it may have been a way to keep the room safer.
