Liked: The thing I liked about the property was the big chandaler light thingy at the reception

Liked: Reception desk open 24h and free parking possible near to hotel.

Disliked: Getting back from city center at night pretty difficult.

Liked: Nothing! I left a night early with no refund and when I asked for the mangers name or number or the polices number he refused.

Disliked: Everything, Would never go back, man at the front desk left me in tears.

Liked: The staff were wonderful. We had some trouble getting food, and the gentleman at the reception ordered us pizza and really looked after us. Really wonderful staff. Also, very clean - providing towels and sheets etc.

Disliked: The location was quite disappointing, but you are still able to access the city quite easily.

Disliked: Over all it was in a quite bad shape. Needs a renovation. Computers were out of date and internet too...

Liked: breakfast was good, but is not worth it.

Disliked: The staff was very unfriendly, we reserved 2 beds and they gave us one, and when we complain, they said the hotel was full and there was nothing we could do, and if we wanted to complain we will have to wait until sunday to talk to the manager.

Liked: Met nice people.

Disliked: The staff really makes you feel like a number. Unpleasant, unfriendly. The room was too small for 8, with no air. Very hot.

Liked: I was so pleasantly surprised by how clean and modern everything was. And by how comfortable the beds were! We walked in and our jaws just dropped, it was so excited to get such a nice hostel for so cheap. The people at the front desk were super helpful, always telling us how to get around, and where good places were to go. I felt very comfortable there, and it's in a really nice rural area.

Disliked: The single thing that wasn't ideal about this hostel is it's location, but it really is about a 10 minute tram or bus ride DIRECTLY to the front door of the hostel, and really easy to figure out the bus routes that'll take you there. The front desk will also help a bunch getting around once you find the hostel.

Liked: Quiet, safe, good complimentary breakfast. A little far outside of town but the bus isn't too expensive. Very clean - loved the bathroom and that we got our own towels.

Disliked: No wifi access

Liked: Many travelers to meet. It is easy to get to he centrum. Decent value.

Disliked: Very dirty. Some rooms no a/c. There was a toilet problem in the main hallway that stunk up the entire place until it was fixed the next day. Water dripping from ceiling in one part of the hallway. Very bad wi-fi and very slow community computers. No kitchen or laundry.

Liked: Good sized bathrooms and secure areas to keep important things safe.

Disliked: Rooms were fairly cramped conditions but nothing severe, no AC in the rooms so on humid days, the rooms were unbearable.

Liked: Clean and pleasant bathrooms

Disliked: Only one of three computers was working and there was no wif. Futhermore it was very far from the center of town so really the whole experience was very isolating.

Liked: The dorm room was quite large and spacious. The bathroom was newly renovated and clean - good shower but not many places to put things! The breakfast was adequate. There was a great restuarant on the opposite corner of the intersection too - Beuna Vista or something like that?!

Disliked: The Wifi didn't work at all - not even in the lobby and the staff weren't too concerned when I told them this and another patron complained that it hadn't worked for 2 days. There were public computers available to use. We were lucky and got a park out the front overnight - not sure how easy it would be to park during the day though.

Liked: The free wifi. That public transportation dropped you off right in front so you couldn't get lost. Breakfast was pretty good too if you got there early enough.

Disliked: the location is horrible. While we were there the public transportation was canceled from 9-3:00 because they were protesting... We couldn't get into the center it was an hour and a half walking. The rooms are filthy and the hotel is falling apart. Don't stay here pay the 5 euro extra and stay at bobs youth hostel in the center of town and walk everywhere that way you won't have to pay for public transportation which is 2.60 euros for one hour. Expensive

Liked: In a quiet part of town, although the downside of that is it took ages on the bus/tram. Day ticket for 7 euros was perfect. Breakfast was included, but wasn't good! Helpful selection of leaflets, and tram stop literally at the door, with another one close by.

Disliked: Large mixed sex dorms with one toilet/shower for the room which was a bit grimy.
