Liked: Rooms were very clean, flat screen tv in room, breakfast was excellent

Disliked: It is about a 15-20 minute tram ride into town.

Liked: The room was pretty nice and the bar at the hostel was a good place to relax.

Disliked: There's not much around. I had trouble meeting people to hang out with. I don't think that's really the property's fault though, just unlucky. People seemed really lackluster. (But I wonder why) :)

Liked: .Very big hostel, good food in morning to set u up 4 the day. Would use it again, just remember bus route into town as its a long walk. LOL

Disliked: Location really, to far out to get really party head on.

Liked: I liked that this Hotel/hostel was clean, great bed/linens, good breakfast and was near a tram stop that took me straight to the city center of Amsterdam. I was also able to check in 6hrs early and store my luggage after checking out for 10hrs as I explored the city at no charge(fee).

Disliked: This is not a traditional Hostel mostly a hotel. No kitchen so I had to buy all my meals(except breakfast) and no lounge/common area so I had no oppritunity to meet other people. It was also a bit far from the touristy city center.

Liked: Everyone was accommodating, and the location was easy for Bus and Tram travel.

Disliked: Not in the best neighborhood for 'tourist' things, but really convenient for traveling to those places and very safe.

Liked: the location was great i found it easily from the airport and had no trouble finding the trams and buses to get to the city centre. The room and bathroom was clean and the staff were friendly.

Disliked: Well the breakfast was very disppointing, i woke up to cold sandwiches nothing else was on offer apart from cereal which i dont eat either.

Liked: The bar staff

Disliked: The rooms were filthy. Our bathroom door didnt shut and the tap wouldn't shut. The tap water is not drinkable and the hostel is infested with bed bugs. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Liked: The night desk guy was very cool and helpful.

Disliked: The onlything I didn´t entirely liked is how far away from downtown it is; which would be okay if the buses didn´t stop so early.

Liked: the hostel seemed horrible on the outside, but i was quite surprised about the cleanliness in the rooms and the toilets and tv, also the safes they had in the rooms so we could keep our passports in.

Disliked: I ABSOLUTELY hate the customer service, i have worked in a hostel too and there is no reason to roll eyes or ignore the customer till the actually say hello! i suggest they start practising their customer service skills all they will start losing money.

Liked: The bathroom was nice, lots of parking spaces around the hotel. Quiet.

Disliked: not very close to the center-outside of amsterdam in fact. There were fungus stains on the walls in our room. Wi-fi worked only in the hall. Hotel bar only served alcohol- couldn't have tea in the evening

Liked: Very helpful staff, good breakfast provided. Rooms were clean, towels were changed daily and the price was very reasonable. If you're not looking to stay in central amsterdam then this is as good a choice as any.

Disliked: Some kind of Air ventilation system by our room kept switching on and off during the night and day making a very loud and disturbing noise, also the only opening window in our room had a large split in the pane leaving the glass loose.

Liked: Good breakfast, free wifi in the reception, good price, overall friendly staff, they changed the bedlinnen frequently.

Liked: Breakfast. Rooms.

Disliked: Location - long way from the centre. Very slow, old pcs for internet. Can't really get on line unless you use wifi which is unreliable and only available in some parts of the building.
