Considering it is a hostel, you cannot expect luxery. I think the hostel was OK for our students, who did not want to spend too much money on accommodation. However, we had to ask for what we had paid for several times - they were not organised at all!

A group of 7 travelled and stayed at this hostel. room was more than adequate for our purposes, had tv and dvd player which was a real bonus. 4 bunkbeds in the room, but was a good laugh. location was really good, 5 mins walk to Leidseplien, and only about 20 mins walk into the centraal station area. very frequent trams also. friendly staff. breakfast was ok, although would reccommend not getting there when they finish as not always much left. great value for money. if you are looking for luxury accommodation this is not it, however the price, for what was provided, was very good.
