 The staff was simply exceptional. During my stay at the hostel, the staff were actively involved in an attempt to return a lost wallet to its rightful owner. The staff of Hotel Granada always tried to go above and beyond in order to make the best of everyone's stays. Furthermore, meeting people in the reception or in the rooms was never difficult and the location just cannot be beaten.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was great! Only the price of the hostel was to much relative tot the cleanliness, especially the toilets.

it was cheap and a nice location. anyone who says anything bad about this hostel shouldn't be traveling in hostels. its no 4 star hotel, but come on guys.

I got to say that being in this place was much better from what I expected. I found a perfect location, a great service specially from (Sam) which was always willing to help and having a great attitude to everyone. and I would deffinitly recomend the place for the people who come for the first time to Amsterdam.
