Liked: The location was awesome!

Disliked: it was hot and cramped and low-end bedding.

Liked: Nothing. Dont stay here.

Disliked: The staff were rude and unhelpful, the rooms are awful, the shower was in the room, dirty and the door didnt close at all. No airconditioning, boiling hot.

Liked: Very good hostel in every good location. The staff were great, it was fun while still being respectful, and even the people staying there were great. Hostel was cleaned every day and would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Liked: Atmosphere was good and it was good that breakfast was included, even though quite small but still.

Disliked: There was no kitchen, but when you eat in restaurants or cafes anyway it doesn't matter so much.

Liked: very good location

Disliked: -down side of the lcoation-> if u get a room over the street it will be very noisy at night (but then I geuss not goignt o Amsterdam to sleep!) -showers and toilets are fairly interesting... either pretty cramped or in the same room, so yoiu're literally taking a shower right next to the toilet and there is no separation (no curtain no nothing)... just wet everywhere!

Liked: I had a great time, I would highly recommend this place. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Excellent location and easy to find. It was a bit noisy out on the street at night, but why come to Amsterdam if you want to sleep?

Liked: Very good hostel, near to the leidsqaure, the taps bar under the hostel is very good and you can't hear any loud when you enter to the hostel rooms. The breakfast is simple, but very good. i would stay there again with no problem.

Liked: the only thing good about it is the location

Disliked: everything!!! small rooms, the showers and toilets are a joke!!! its imposible to stand in there....there is no common area, the prices for the weekend were REDICIOLOUSE!!!!!!! I have traveled more than a year and must say that this hostel was one of the worst I have ever stayed in....

Liked: the staff was really helpful and friendly. ok it's a bit old the building but the location was pretty awesome, actually 5 min walk to the hard rock cafe.

Disliked: the toilets could be a bit better but ok that's nothing if you consider the location, price and you have some kind of breakfast wich is quit good

Liked: Really good hostel. Location was great, it seemed to be a safe place, close to Leidseplein and to a park, easy to find. The staff was always helpful, rooms are comfortable and clean.

Disliked: Bathroom, on the other hand.

Liked: We were just there for one night but it was really chilled and a nice place to come back to. The location is ideal during the day.I wish I could have stayed more days in Amsterdam, because the city is amazing and the hostel is really worth it!

Liked: Nothing to like about this hostel other than the location.

Disliked: Rude staff, felt very dirty, extremely uncomfortable bed, 1 shower/toilet per floor is not enough.

Liked: Very nice hostel, a bit noisy but in the center of Amsterdam so very practical. Lovely staff and very good security, had a lovely time and met people in the rooms. Would recommend it more to a young generation.

Liked: Great value for money, you get basic room, fairly clean toilets and bread and coffee for breakfast. Most other people are back-packers/students on low budget - makes it an interesting place.

Disliked: Location is not as good as I thought, its a long-ish walk from Dam square and the building is not easy to locate (although we were searching for the place past midnight while it was raining and there was some public transport strike...)

Liked: Excellent hostel. Found no problems with that and will be back there when I'm next time in Amsterdam. Approachable staff and lovely clean hostel.

Liked: Many cafes around, rooms and showers are relatively clean. free wifi, 2 free computers, staff is friendly, breakfast (tosts with jam or peanutbutter or chocpaste)

Disliked: reception not 24 hours, not that many toilets, showers

Liked: they gave us a private room. located literally upstairs from restaurants (like, you walk out the front door and have to squeeze around the chairs of patrons trying to eat their spaghetti bolognese)

Disliked: the whole place was really unclean - the linen was disgustingly stained and the bathroom was only cleaned once over 5 days we stayed there and was filthy even after they "cleaned" it, the building and fixtures were broken, staff weren't very helpful or friendly, the building was not secure - they had a shoelace holding the balcony door shut and there were wires and things hanging from the roof and walls. the whole place was a rip off.
