Liked: The best hostel I have ever stayed in! Would recommend to anyone. Awesome staff, breakfast is superb and fresh, very clean, room is cleaned every single day, excellent services and facilities, rooms are large and bright, brand new equipment and beds - loving it!

Disliked: I could only say 1 minor thing - the internet sometimes does not work very well. A note should also be made about the location - its a short tram ride, or 25 min walk into the city...but I actually liked this.

Liked: The breakfast was delicious, the staff is very friendly and helpfull, hostel is not far from the centre (good transport connections).

Disliked: Wireless doesn't work well on mobile phone.

Liked: The room was big. It's around 20 mins by bus and tram. Quiet at night. Very security. nice breakfast.

Liked: Good accomodation and friendly staff

Disliked: The smelly carpets in the corridors, presumably they'd just been cleaned as there was a carpet cleaner there but smelt a bit musty! Rooms were clean and tidy though.

Liked: big place more like a hotel than a hostel. Was a good mix of friendly young people and some families, good food and facilities on offer and the staff were really friendly. Probably the cleanest place I stayed at too

Disliked: You have to get a tram or bus to the centre, but its not too far. It lacked some of the character of smaller hostels so slightly harder to meet people out of youre rooms but this was made up for with the possibility of a decent nights sleep!

Liked: The staff were really friendly. There's a lift. Rooms are pretty good. Breaky is awesome. Bar was good. Would definitely come back here.

Disliked: Bit of a distance to the city centre. Wi-fi can only be used on the bottom floor, and it cuts out from the lobby, to the dining room, to the bar etc, pretty dodgy and very annoying, you have to type the codes in every single time. Heaps of annoying kids and teenagers around. No sef catering facilities.

Liked: Staff were fantastic, very friendly and perfectly of help at all times. Public transport tickets were available at the reception, as well as an incredible amount of "minicards" for free drinks, discounts etc...all across the city. And the breakfast was very nice too...they had everything from jam to cereals, from typically dutch "hagelslag" chocolate flakes to fresh eggs and orange juice! The room we had was well-equipped and the six of us had enough space (by far!). The area around the hostel is quiet, but very nice.

Disliked: The toilets next to the breakfast area were really dirty one morning, using the internet is rather expensive (so bring your own computer, w-lan is free!!!!) :-) ...

Liked: Breakfast was great with loads of choice and you can have as much as you like. Very clean and modern.

Disliked: Nothing apart from the walk to the city centre is a bit far (40 mins).

Liked: Great free breakfast, discount tickets for local attractions and metro passes, clean, reasonably priced pub on premises.

Disliked: No lockers in the room, lockers available for extra money.

Liked: This is a HUGE hostel with lots of opportunities to interact with fellow travelers. And the rooms are clean and very spacious. The staff is quite friendly.

Disliked: Location, about 20-30 minutes by bus from the main train station and the main attractions of Amsterdam (canals, museums etc).

Liked: The entire place is super clean. The rooms are big, and there's shelf space for your things. The free breakfast is actually pretty decent.

Disliked: It was difficult to meet people, because there was no place where people just hung out and talked. Nobody was ever in the bar, and the only other place was at the front where people were using the internet. Location could have been better, but it was still pretty easy to get to the main parts of Amsterdam.

Liked: You have to take a bus to get to the hotel, an it takes like 20 min to get there, once you are there is easy to get to the hostel. The breakfast is good. There a train staion 15 min walking from the hostel, however you cant walk to the tourist atractions. At the hostel there are many young people. The wifi is free. There are no supermarkets near from there and that time the spending machine didnt work so you could get anything to eat.

Disliked: About cleanliness, the room was clean however the hall to get there smells a little bit bad.

Liked: -Clean Hostel and offer major great service and very friendly staff

Disliked: -way to big to be considered a hostel, it's more like a hotel. -Alot of people with families and often old people -Weird environment, doesn't feel too friendly and not like a hostel enviorenement -Dorms with 6 beds have one shower and one bathroom -they offer alot of services which is great but you have to pay ontop of room (locker) BREAKFAST WAS REALLY PLAIN SAME THING OVER AND OVER AGAIN EVERY MORNING
