It doesn't take too long to walk to the 9 streets and the 'nicer' parts of Amsterdam, but if you want some craziness then it's in the right part!! We stayed for just 1 night. We had no probs at all and everyone was very good at being quiet and considerate in our room. At one point there was a great deal of noise on the hallway - but that is the price to pay!I would only stay here if you are having a 'lively trip'!!!	82%

20 October 2009	Customer review Good location, although can be quite noisy being right in the heart of the city if you're looking for a good night sleep. It's a shame there is no common room. Traveling alone I did find it difficult to meet people until I had some decent roomies. Place is pretty clean (they even change your sheets during your stay!) but the bathrooms are a little yuck mainly from over usage. Staff are super friendly and the meal deals at the pub downstairs are great.	67%
