Take tram 1,2 or 5 from Central Station. Get off at 'Leidse Plein'. Go straight ahead, cross the bridge and street, and turn left. Walk past the entrance gates of the park. Then turn right.
This is the 'Vossiusstraat'.
Trains between Schiphol and Central Station depart about every 10 minutes between 6am and 1am, and once every hour between 1am and 6am.

Another option is to take bus 197 from Schiphol Plaza (outside) to Amsterdam Marnixstraat. This bus drives daily between 5.00am and 23:45pm and leaves every 15 minutes. Get off at 'Leidse Plein', turn around and follow the directions above. You can buy your ticket in the bus. During the night, nightbus N97 will bring you to the Leidse Plein every hour.
