Liked: The staff were excellent and really couldn't do enough for us. We had limited time in Pokhara and lots we wanted to see and do. The staff made this possible by arranging taxis, suggesting schedules and offering suggestions....WITHOUT BEING PUSHY!The rooms are nice and clean and we always had warm/hot water. We were actually offered a free upgrade when we checked in.We were picked up on our arrival at the bus station without even asking for a lift. We are not even sure how the stafff knew how/when we were due to arrive. This saved us from the plethera of taxi touts at the bus station.

Disliked: Absolutely nothing to dislike. 5* service at 2* prices!!! This property is at the southern end of lakeside and set back from the road up a bumpy path. If you have any mobility issues this place is probably not the place to stay as the road is rough and power outages are frequent all over Nepal so the way back can be dark. There are a few nice restaurants just around the corner which are slightly cheaper than the ones in North lakeside and a little more intimate. The main drag is litereally only 5-10 mins slow walk away and the lake itself is 2 minutes walk. If you want somewhere a little smaller and a little quieter (ie. where you will actullay get some sleep!) with a lovely communal garden for relaxing and meeting people and a real personal service then book here!
