Jungle Lagoon Safari Lodge is situated 90 miles south west of Kathmandu in the world famous Royal Chitwan National Park (R. C. N. Park), established in 1973. One of Asia's richest and most spectacular wildlife sanctuaries. It is also a world heritage center. Which covers an area over 932 sq. km. Which shelters the endangered species like: wild elephant, Gharial Crocodiles, Royal Bengal Tiger, One Horned Rhinoceros, Gaur, Striped Hyena park also homes to leopard sloth Bear, wild boar, 4 different types of deer, two different types of Monkeys and many other small animals. There are over 450 species of birds in the park.

Dining hall & Bar is centrally located. Restaurant offers Nepalese, Chinese, Indian and Continental cuisine prepared by our trained cooks well stocked bar facilities are also available to our guest. The splendid garden with full of colourful flowers is just beside your bedroom.

The play ground is in front of the lodge for any sort of athletic games.

The restaurant is open all the time that serve delicious Indian, Chinese and Continental dishes. The bar supply wonderful local and international hard drinks from 05 PM to 10 PM but you can have beers and soft drink anytime.


R. C. N. Park falls under sub-tropical type of climate: light cloths with neutral colors are recommended. November - early March morning and evening are cold and warm clothes are necessary. Guest are advised to bring a pair of Binoculars, insect repellent & lotions for out door activities.

Activities at the Jungle Lagoon Safari Lodge include Elephant safaris, Boat trips, Jungle treks, Bird watching excursions and Jungle drive by Land rover, Our experienced naturalist will introduce you to the pristine Jungle - array of flora and fauna in the Park.
