Chitwan Jungle Lodge

Chitwan Jungle Lodge is nestled in the heart of Nepal’s Chitwan National Park. We are is one of the few select hotels operating inside Chitwan National Park, which is a World Heritage Site rich in unique flora and fauna.

We offer exciting activities such as elephant safaris and jungle walks deep inside the towering forests for a truly memorable experience in the wilds of Nepal. Guests at Chitwan Jungle Lodge have the opportunity to see rare animals and birds such as the One Horned Rhinoceros, the Royal Bengal Tiger, and Paradise Flycatchers, as well as interact and learn about Asian elephants.

Chitwan Jungle Lodge is designed and built in a natural clearing in the subtropical forest, in keeping with our ideas of minimal impact on the environment. All our buildings are built using natural and local materials, such as the sturdy khar grass, in a traditional style.

The natural colors and ethnic style make the lodge blend seamlessly into its natural surroundings. Pebbled paths meander pleasingly to the cabins and huts where guests stay, and there are plenty of nooks and seating areas for lounging in.

For the best experience, we recommend a three-night stay, and a minimum of two nights to truly enjoy your stay inside the peaceful jungle.

The price displayed on this site includes all accommodation in the lodge, all meals, jungle activities as offered (as per our program sheet), National Park entrance and Nature Conservation fees, VAT and Service charge.

Accommodation Information

Guest rooms are comfortable and pleasantly rustic. The attached bathrooms have hot water provided by solar panels. Rooms can have two single beds, one double bed, or a double and single bed.

Meals are all-inclusive and served in a traditional golghar dining room.

Location Information

Chitwan Jungle Lodge is located inside the borders of the Chitwan National Park, so guests cannot come directly to the lodge. We have pick-up points at Daduwa (for guests traveling by air or private transfer) or at Tandi (for those traveling by bus). Transfer either from Pokhara or from Kathmandu can be arranged through Chitwan Jungle Lodge, if preferred.
