Liked: Excellent place. From the beautiful room to the mint tea to the sumptuous breakfast to the friendly and helpful staff everything was just about perfect here. Even got a mini ornament with chocolates along with our breakfast on Christmas day.

Liked: Dar Jameel was fantastic and the team were so helpful and kind! This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed and we would definately recommend it to others. Close to all of the main areas within Tangier (the beach and the Medina are a couple of minutes walking either way) this is definately excellently located. Breakfast was amazing!! We've stayed in fancy hotels before, but this definately beats those for amenities and customer service. We had a fantastic time and would definately stay here again.

Liked: Idriss and his staff are friendly and extremely helpful. We were welcomed by a plate of patisserie and a mint tea on our first day and they were providing us with insider hints and tips throughout our stay- much needed in Tangier. The roof terrace gives a fantastic view of Tangier and the breakfast every morning was incredible. I would highly recommend Dar Jameel to anyone visiting Tangier.

Liked: I like everything in this guest house. Its a wonderful place to spend some days. The decoration of our room was amazing! The staff was polite and helpful. I loved the terrase because its a wonderful place to spend some time in...and the breakfast is yummi, they even give it to you in your table. Dar Jammel is definitely the best place ive stayed so far. I really recommend it to you.

Liked: It is absolutely beautiful, and we felt very well cared for. We had a double with shared bath, but we never were aware of sharing, as the staff kept things so fresh and clean. They even did a little Sundry free of charge! This is one of the best.

Disliked: everything was to our liking.

Liked: Its in a very beautiful location... over the medina.. on the terasse it is possible to see the a lot... and the staff are very nice and friendly people, the help you with everything... and the breakfast is very very good...

Liked: Beautiful building, An oasis of calm in the Medina. wonder. Welcoming, friendly and very helpful staff. Lovely breakfast with views. Lovely ambience. Clean and secure. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Liked: Its a very nice place to stay. We had a bit view to the sea, but on the roof was a big terrace where you can have tea or anything else. For colder or rainy days there is a chill out room with glass all around on the roof, to hang around and listen to music. We didn't like Tanger that much and just stayed there for one night, to get the flight. But the Hotel was so beautiful and the staff was really polite and helpful. And espeacially important, the best shower we had on our whole trip. They ordered our taxi in the morning, thats perfect, because some taxi drivers are so crazy in Tanger: Beware of the Taxidrivers :D The breakfast was really good and with a lot of variety! PERFECT STAY!! Thanks a lot..

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful and breakfast was amazing! Dar Jameel is a oasis in the middle of Tangier.

Liked: The Dar Jameel is incredible. It is a true jem in the midst of Moroccan chaos. The architecture is so beautiful, you can sit around for hours just staring at it and relaxing.

Disliked: I have no dislikes! My only disclaimer would be that this is not a partying youth hostel. It is a very mellow retreat in the Medina for an excellent price.

Liked: Beautiful riad in a great location. This place has so much character, is so clean, and has the most wonderful view from the rooftop terrace. The staff was incredible and very helpful. I would highly recommend.

Liked: our room was beautiful with a large window where you could see the port and the sea, there is a terrace where you can have a view of the city,very pleasant atmosphere and breakfast is splendid. very near places to visit.

Liked: In the heart of the Medina with a unsuspecting exterior. Once inside, a beautiful interior atrium welcomes you with mosaics and tiles from the floor to the ceiling. The rooftop terrace has an amazing view of Tangier.
