About Riad Dar Kaotar

We welcome you in our guest house riad Dar Kaotar completely renovated in the Moroccan tradition, located in the Marrakech medina at 100 meters of the Bab Aylen door and near of Jemaa El Fna square and souks, near of the Golfs. Warm atmosphere, charm and comfort to discover Marrakech differently. Around a patio and the traditional fountain, it is composed of: 4 air conditioned bedrooms with private bathroom and WC (3 double bedrooms with 1 double and 1 triple bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed). 2 are on ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor gallery, open all on the patio. Air conditioned living-dining room on the first floor with TV satellite and chimney.2 levels terrace dominate the Medina with sight on the Atlas and Koutoubia. The bedrooms are available for rental by night, weekend, week or more. The rate for 2 people varies according to season (Mid-Low or High Season) from 36 to 90 € per night breakfast included. Also rented in exclusiveness for 8 people. See the detail prices on our website. Additional single bed in two bedrooms with supplement of 30 € per people per night. Fee for children less than 10 years. For stay between 3 to 6 nights the transfer on arrival is included. For stays of 7 nights or more transfer on arrival and departure are included. The service staff includes Director, morocco cooker, Woman Room, night watchman). Sheets, blankets, linens and towels are free given. Possibility half or full board pension with a Moroccan typical. The meal price per person is 14 euros. Moroccan cooking classes on request.Fee Internet wi-fi access in all thee riad. All rooms are air conditioned, with bathroom and WC (shower, bidet, and sink with hot and cold water, towels, and vanity products) and cupboards in the riad there are 4 bedrooms with double bed in each one. 3 bedrooms can also be twin (with 2 people and 2 beds) without extra charge. Possibility in 2 bedrooms of a single additional bed. They can be then booked for 3 people. The bedrooms are rented by night, weekend, week or more he riad can be rented in exclusiveness for 8 or 10 people. The rental rates vary by season and dates: Hight-middle and lower seasons. Rates per night and room are for 2 people breakfast included. For the Riad in exclusiveness (four bedrooms) the rates are for 8 people breakfast included. Supplement of 30 € per extra people by night. Free for children less than ten years old in the parent’s bedroom. For last minute-advance or long time bookings we apply a special discount.
