Liked: Almost nothing.

Disliked: Before arrival, I received an e-mail from the 'manager' asking me for my flight info so that they could send a 'shuttle'to pick me up and bring me to the hostel. Upon arrival, nobody was there. So i called the 'manager'and he said somebody would be there in 20 minutes. Almost two hours passed until i decided to go by myself. When I arrived at the hostel, they pretended nothing happened. The 'pool'was always turned off and dirty. He also decided to charge me 10 dollars for a 2 minutes local call i've made. This is the typical place where the european owner lives aborad and leaves the place in some local's hands to do what they want. My room faced the street, which had 10 t0 15 people every single fuckin night right under the window laughing and talking loud all the way until 4 in the morning. Aweful. Enough said.

Liked: Small and relaxed Riad with only a few rooms and a pretty plunge pool to dip your feet in after a long and hot day. Really friendly staff, both helpful and personal. Definitely stay in a small Riad as the larger hotels we saw aren't anywhere as nice.

Liked: The rooms are good quality rooms; we stayed in green and orange rooms and both are very decent. The orange room had a slight leak on the basin tap when it is on and the fuse went a couple of times when we stayed there. However, it was only a minor thing and the fuse was sorted out very quickly. Staff were friendly and helpful although we had a bit of a hassle trying to pay for the rooms (had to pay in euros/pounds and no dirhams as quoted and some confusion over exchange rates). The riad itself has a very relaxed atmosphere and the space provided is good for simply hanging out when it is too hot to be out and about. We particularly enjoy the terrace roof in the evening when the weather is cool and breezy. The pool is great for dipping your feet in or for a splashing about but do not expect a pool to swim in.

Liked: Absolutely amazing place. More like an upscale Hotel rather than Hostel. If you are going to Marrakesh, this is the place to stay. Very friendly and fun staff. Definitely going back next year!

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. The riad is a small one, and feels more like a home-from-home than a hotel. Location isn't bad - only a couple of minute's walk from the 2 palaces in the medina.

Liked: Extremely friendly and helpful staff, central location, cheap but clean. Food was of an excellent standard - ate in on a couple of occasions and was very pleasantly surprised at the standard. Highly recommend.

Liked: It is a really confortable place to stay. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are good and the location ideal if you want to stay in the old Marrakesh.

Liked: This riad was in a great location in relation to Jemaa el Fna. The staff were really helpful at recommending places and arranging anything from taxis to day trips. Great value for money!

Liked: The Riad was difficult to find at first and not very well signed from the outside. The inside was beautiful and clean. The owners seemed a bit unexperienced with the guests. It is a nice place to stay but lacks atmosphere.
