Equity Point Marrakesh Hostel, Marrakesh, Morocco - map - directions
image image image image Plaza Djemaa el-Fna, without a doubt, the very center of Marrakech. Barely 300 meters away, the new Equity Point Marrakech hostel appears like a sanctuary for travelers, with 4 to 10 bed dorms, doubles and singles. No detail or decoration has been forgotten.

The most beautiful hostel, I´ve ever stayed in. The staff (except 1 guy who was "okay") was really nice and friendly. We had some personal problems and they helped and understood us. The rooms and bathrooms are so lovely and the decoration and the roof terraces are amazing. It is placed directly in the heart of Marrakech, but so quiet!

It is a quiet oasis in the hustle of the adjacent souks. Beautifully designed, lots of attention to detail and everybody was really laid back. The view from the sundeck was stunning.

Despite getting lost trying to find Equity Point (use the map with handy photos from their website) this place was amazing. It looks even better than the pictures and eveyrone we met were really friendly. Definitley the place to stay in Marrakech.

It was a great place to meet fellow travellers and seemed more like a hotel than a hostel! They also made it easy to book tours.

Great building but I would have sold my little brother for A/C.

A great place for a siesta or to get out of the madness of marrakech for a little. I couldnt ask for anything more and the staff are friendly (like most moroccans). Of course its hard to find.. but everyone expects it...

good location to walk to square: beautiful decor; free internet

facilities were great - the bathrooms were clean and only shared among 2 rooms, not for 30 people, like some hostels. the bar upstairs was great. The staff are some of the most helpful i've ever dealt with. the rooms were clean, however, no keys are given out for the rooms. Great hostel in amazing location.

The whole Riad experience! It is very clean and beautifully fitted out. Free internet access. Location so close to Jemaa El Fna but once in the Riad you'd never know it as it is so tranquil. Excellent value.

Great location, good breakfast and nicely decorated

There was one thing I didn't like: the hostel was not enough "international", meaning there was a huge majority of anglophones. Diversity would be better.

it is a oasis in the city center! very clean, nice bathrooms! friendly stuff

friendliest staff ever, very good rooms and common places

I'd like to say thank you to the staff Nadia, I was sick and she help me to call to the kitchen to make a pot of tea, it was a big help for a single traveller. And also Youssef, he was very kind and nice, I met nice people there, I enjoyed staying there. But it was a little bit difficult to find the hostel, seem no one could avoid to give the kids money who followed (brought us) to the hostel.

Staff are really friendly. No room lockers is a bit annoying, but the system of leaving your stuff there works. The staff are very observant, and the front door acts as a kind of security door. Cheap drinks on the top floor also went down a treat!
