Disliked: double booked online (which shouldn't happen). had to be moved to a different riad which wasn't central.

Liked: We loved satying at the Riad Johenna. It is extememly well located and the riad is gorgeous with a wonderful terrace. It is within 5 minutes of the Jemaa el Fna, but on a quiet street lovely for relaxing . The staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly. The riad is imacculatley clean with fantastic air conditioning for the summer. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Marrakesh!

Liked: Wonderful Riad. We took an arranged taxi from the airport because the Medina can be confusing at first. Met in La Place and escorted back to the Riad which is just around the corner. Served mint tea and chatted with very friendly hosts who gave us lots of good advice about first time Marrakech experiences. Beautifully comfortable room with great bed and bathroom and decoration, and very reasonably priced for Marrakech, which can be expensive. We also stayed at Riad Sabah owned by the same people and it was really wonderful as well. Beautiful room and rooftop luxury to sit out in the sun and enjoy the sounds and sights.Hans, the owner helped us arrange a hire car and had many other helpful advice about Morocco. Highly recommended.

Liked: The location, the terrace, the privacy. It would be nice for a group of friends to have the hole riad when visiting Marrakesh.It was a bit difficult to find since we could not take taxi to the door.

Liked: Lovely little place with only a few tooms. Hot water and very clean sheets and comfortable bed. Nice little fireplace area and a kitchen. Safe and perfect location only 5 minutes from the main square.

Liked: The Rhiad was extremeley peaceful, clean & well located. Our hostess, Naima, was very welcoming, friendly and always helpful. A great place to stay if you want to be near the bustle of the medina but with your own space to escape to when it gets too much!

Liked: Our host Hans, a german guy married to a morrocan woman was great fun!!we had drinks together and he told us everyth. about Mrrakech!Just great!!tThere was a nice and friendly morrocan girl, masking us a tasty fersh breakfast every morning. Everyone was very friendly and nice

Liked: Great location, authentic traditional building in the medina. Really good place to come back to at night, then go to the roof and listen to the sounds of the city in the distance. Beer and wine on offer if you want it and Hans, Sabah and Naiima will assist or advise with any help if you ask. Taxis, bus travel, railway times, shops to visit and ones to avoid!
