The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is in a great position- in the medina and within easy walk of the big square. The riad was a welcome calm after being in the manic streets outside. Good breakfasts - we didn't have supper there but you could drink wine!

The riad is beautiful and has a very laid back vibe. The roof is fantastic - with Moroccan style sofas and some tables and a few loungers to sunbathe on. The pool is on the ground floor, so you have to go downstairs to swim but that's really not a problem. Breakfast was included, which was a pleasant surprise as it did not say so on hostelbookers. It was frustrating though, as nowhere in the riad did it tell you this, nor was there any kind of leaflet detailing prices of drinks and meals you could order in the riad. Not a huge problem, but annoying when you order something and are not sure what your bill will be at the end of the stay. The owners do not live in the riad so if you have any questions like those I've just mentioned you have to ask the staff in the riad (there is always someone there) but they don't always know the answer. I think the owners ought to make themselves a little more accessible and put some kind of document in reception or in each room with prices of food and drink. Overall, I loved this place, it was beautiful and relaxing and jsut so peaceful. Having the pool was fantastic.

The hospitality of the owners was truly great and the atmosphere of the riad as a little haven in the medina made our stay in Marrakesh unique

The rooms are beautiful and being able to have a drink on the roof top at the end of a hectic day is fantastic. It is a haven from the manic outside streets. The guy who works there is also very friendly.
We rated this lower on meeting people...because we did not go there to meet people, but I guess you could if wanted to and it also certainly isn't budget accomadation but it is a nice little treat.

Beautiful setting and very friendly owners. It was an eye-popping experience stepping from the street into the stunning interior, especially as it was our first glimpse inside a riad.
