Sukkwan TangThe personal service received at this Riad made all the difference. Julien was so helpful and full of knowledge with everything you needed, always around if you ever needed anything, and if there was a question which he didnt know the answer to, he would find out for you! From the best places to eat, to how much you should pay for a pair of slippers, the inside knowledge was definitely useful in a place like Marrakech! Julien walked us out into the main square on the first night to make sure we didnt get lost. He even made us fruit salad after a night out when we were hungry! |

Sazeda IbrahimAmazing Riad with beautiful decor giving an authentic feel of morrocan design and culture. Centrally located yet very peaceful and away from all the hustle and bustle when inside. Hospitality second to none with the owners always available to advise and help with everything you need to know during your stay. |

Iwona MorrisI would definitely recommend Riad Khabia. We had a wonderful time there. Julien and his mum were very friendly and looked after us so well! They gave us lots of useful tips about the local customs and recommended places to eat and to see. On our first day Julien gave us a guided tour of the area and found us a very nice vegeterian restaurant, The Earth Cafe; which is not an easy task in Marrakech! The riad was beautiful and peacefully situated in a quiet side road, yet only 5 minuts walk from the medina and 10 minuts from the famous Jemaa El Fna Place with shops and restaurants all along the way. It was also quite easy to find thanks to its great location next to the Badii Palace. All in all, it was a great holiday to be remembered! |

Customer reviewBeautifully presented Riad in the old town of Marrakech. The owners take time-out to give a thorough introduction to the town and suggest lovely things to-do and places to eat and drink. |

Sarah ComitaleI stayed at the Riad Khabia in March 2009 with my wife as we escaped Philadelphia for a long weekend. The Riad is just gorgeous, absolutely perfect as a relaxing quiet sanctuary away from mayhem of Marrakech's markets and souks. It's also in a good location just near the palace walls near a square full of lantern sellers. Dany and Julien are the perfect hosts, offering great breakfasts with fresh fruit, advice about the best places to go to, and good conversation on the roof terrace in quiet evenings lounging and listening to music. It really has a great atmosphere. I really recommend Riad Khabia and will definitely be visiting again. http://www.riadkhabia.com |

Dragos DiojdescuIf you are new in Morocco it's the best place to stay. Beside being the best riad I've stayed in Morocco, Dani and Julian are a valuable source of insights regarding what to see and how to do it best. |

Ricky KendallDani & Julien are perfect hosts - when we arrived they took the time to point out many places of interest and good places to eat, the room was well air conditioned and comfortable and the riad itself is beautiful. I have no hesitation in recommending Riad Khabia as a place to stay during a sojourn in Marrakech - you will not regret it! |

James LaneJulian and his mum are awesome hosts! Nice small, clean and funky Riad just a short walk from some great restaurants and the main square. It's a good idea to book an in-bound airport transfer through Julian...as it could be a little tricky to find on your own the first time. Would definateky stay here again and recommend to friends and family. |
