Our facilities include a beautiful winter garden with central fountain, a Moroccan living room, Hammam, sculpted cedar doors, luxuriously equipped suites and 2 terraces giving a nice view on the medina of Fez.

Guests can enjoy Moroccan cuisine and sumptuous breakfast which can be served in the garden the central patio (covered), your room or on the terrace and our restaurant offers unpublished dishes reflecting variety and wealth of our Moroccan cuisine.

The staff at Riad El Yacout are at your disposal at all times to ensure your stay in Morocco is as pleasant and unforgettable as possible.

Our suites and rooms are all equipped with bathroom or shower, TV, telephone, mini-bar and air-conditioner (chill) and internet access.

Location Information

We are situated inside La Medina, in the UNESCO's World Heritage List but ideally positioned close to the Batha square and having easy car access. We are not far from teh center of Fez, near to all of the main tourist attractions including the main medina at Bab Boujeloud

Other activities include: Pony-trekking, cylcling, hiking excursions in the region of Fez-Boulemane, in particular in the Middle-atlas.

Fes has a rich and varied ecosystem with an animal biodiversity. To make the most of the charm and beauty of the countrysides and mountains, guests can do their excurion by horse riding, push bike, or quad bike.

Guests can also play a game of golf at the Royal Fez Golf Club and is at the same level of the Airport of Fez Saiss which is 20 minutes by car from Riad El Yacout in the middle of a large olive grove with the foot of the first buttresses of the Atlas mountains.
