Liked: They were supposed to pick us up at the train station and they were 40mins late. The reception lady was not friendly, seemed she was only interested in getting us to pay for more stuff. When we said we didn't want to pay for the 25€ per person dinner and didn't want a guide to visit the medina she decided it was no longer necessary to be nice to us. They had carpet sellers in hotel who harrassed us as we were trying to go back to our room to rest.
Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
