Liked: we were confronted with an overbooking. At arrival there was no place for us and we were brought to a different hotel in the neighberhood (10 min walk).Because we refused the room offered there, we went back to the yamanda-hotel and a beautiful room was prepared for us. The next day we met a couple at arrival which was also confronted with overbooking. So overbooking is a problem here.

Disliked: Jacobus left no negative feedback.
