We have beautiful first class residence, ideal for those looking for Real Moroccan. This house has been in the Lebbar family.

Riad El Ghalia is a prince palace built back in the 18th century. Located in the heart of the old medina's Andalusian district, this magnificent 18th Centyry palace belongs to a well-known Fassi Family.

At Dar El Ghalia, all the rooms are organized around the central patio (space dedicated to main activities). Omar LEBBAR named all rooms and suites after the women who had marked the palace by their presence in the past. They are all decorated in a lush oriental style and will transport you into an authentic fairy tale of thousand and one nights.

On our terrace you can appreciate the Fes gastronomy while enjoying a unique view on the whole medina with its uncountable minarets. You can also relax there sipping a drink at any time of the day.

There are a variety of different room types, each named after ancestors of the family who still own and run it. Each room is en-suite, and other facilities include lounge areas, internet access, and traditional hammam.

Faithful to its culinary tradition, the palace houses a well-known restaurant with a table d'hôtes of great finesse serving true Fassi cooking, the most famous of Moroccan cuisines.
We thought the staff at Dar el Ghalia was great - very nice and helpful, especially the porters.
Riad El Ghalia offers its guests the choice of junior suites(each with bedroom and sitting room), 5 seniors suites (with bedroom and sitting room with fire place),a Royal Suite (with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a central sitting room with fireplace) and four rooms (Standard Rooms :02 doubles rooms and 02 twin rooms) all tastefully decorated in traditional furnishings and set in an architectural suspension in time but with all the comforts of modern living.

In this superb palace, all rooms are fully equipped and surround the main patio, which is the space dedicated to main activities. Each of the rooms is named after women who marked their place here. They are all decorated in lush, oriental style and will transport you into an authentic fairy tale of 1001 nights.
