The staff were wonderful; helpful charming efficient & polite. Location couldn't be better, right on the edge of the medina. The pool was an unexpected bonus. Decor was cool & stylish, restaurant & bar very good. I was delighted with it.

More like a hotel. The pool is small but very nice. Also has a small bar with a dance floor. Located right next to the exciting Medina in Fes. Be aware that they charge additional taxs and fees on top of the price quoted at this website, much like a hotel.

Great location, helpful staff and amazing facilitates in this place. A great find and the lovely pool area was especially appreciated after long hot days exploring the nearby medina!

Superb location. Fully-equipped hotel

Location was great. Right at the entrance to the medina, but still on the outside so it was accessible by car. The hotel was beautiful. We got a guide from the hotel (about $25 for a 3.5 hour tour) and really enjoyed that. The breakfast was free and pretty good.

the nice open building with its arcades, the swimmingpool, and the location.

great location - just at the entrance to the medina but not actually inside of all that activity. Had all the comforts of a western hotel - good bathroom, TV in english, breakfast of more than just tea and bread, etc - for a reasonable price.

Located 5 mins walk from the main gate entrance into the medina. Also, this was more like a hotel than a hostel! - good breakfast, swimming pool and lots of relaxation areas.

Great location, just outside the gate of the Medina, which you will appreciate. There are three pleasant indoor courtyards, a small pool, and a bar! The Casablanca beer is not too shabby. The rooms are big, have ensuite bathrooms/showers (hot water from 6a.m. - 10a.m. and 6p.m. - 10p.m.) and a TV with three channels (including EuroNews). The public spaces are nicer than the rooms, which are a bit old, but relatively clean and serve their purpose. Recommended.

Great place to stay- right in the middle of the city with a beautiful pool and delicious restaurant. The only drawback was the mean reservation lady, but other than her everyone was very helpful.

For the price we paied at hostelbookers the hotel offers luxury rooms and good breakfast. The room was cleaned every day and we always got new towels. It might be a 4-star hotel, so the price is really good. If you pay directly there, the price will be higher. Unfortunately the hostel did not got our booking so we had to go to a cyber cafe to print the reservation. Some of the staff was friendly others not.

Very close to the old town

The rooms are adequate and the fountains and open interior of the hostel are rather nice. Located on the edge of the Medina, it's easily accessible to restaurants in the evening. Bus and taxi fair to the hostel are cheap (all told about 30DH ~ 3Euro). Unlike some of the other hostels we stayed in, the concierge was a bit pushy and tried to persuade us into things we didn't want (a desert trip; a taxi ride to Essaouira). For Morocco, the hostel's restaurant is expensive. In terms of a place to sleep, it's safe and affordable, but they did give me some grief when I wanted to pay by credit card (carte blue - European visa/bank card).

Very good place for the money. Share a room and it is even better. The proximity to Fez medina is awsome. Pool and other aminities, not the best place to meet other travellers but none the less a good area to be at
