This Riad is like a small museum - enjoy it! In fact the double bed room was simple but clean and quite without any noise from the street. It's located at Bab Ziat. The beakfast was a little bit poor, but in the Souks there are enough possibilities to get a second breakfast. We would come back again.

Extremely beautiful, traditional moroccan riad. There are some little inconveniences chracteristic for riads, but it is really worth trying.

It was a lovely way of getting a taste of what it would be to live in a moroccan family :)

The property is located in a mainly suburban area of the Medina, on the far side away from the main restaurants, cafes, market stalls and souks. In short, although it is technically "in the medina", and it is a very beautiful Riad, we were too far away to be able to walk around and buy food from stalls in the evenings. It was a very, very quiet area with no shops - making it hard to even buy a bottle of water.

Gorgeous Riad. Wonderful setting and fantastic location. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt very welcomed and looked after. Especially the mint tea.

Nice place and very confortable. Explore the city yourself if you have time. I went to the city with a guide offered by Riad Damia and it was a bad experience! The guide missed some places of the city and take me to stores of friends of yours with very expensive things!!

Very nice and helpful staff and owner, beautiful furnitures and decorations inside, terras. Although it is located in medina, it is very calm, good place to relax after a noisy day in medina.

This is a beautiful riad full of lovely objects and antiques. The owner is very nice and staff friendly and helpful. It's in a quieter part of the Medina but still an easy walk to the centre.

The hotel in itself is a splendid house, well decorated. The rooms are luxurious and spacious. The staff is the main attribute of the hotel, responding to any customer s need and providing very helpful advices regarding tourism in Fes, Meknes, Volubilis and Mulay Idriss

We were extremely well looked after here and were made to feel at home. The main lounge area was just maginificent, and rooms a decent size. I would go back for sure.
