Liked: The staff were wonderful, and although we only spoke a little French and they only spoke a little English they took the time to make sure we understood everything. Breakfast was fantastic and the whole place was very clean and comfortable. They organised a very traditional, very amazing hammam for us (highly recommend this, we have never felt cleaner!) and even made us coffee when we had to leave very early in the morning. We couldn't be happier.

Disliked: Nothing! It was fantastic :)

Liked: very cozy atmosphere.quite clean. we didnt have our private bathroom in our room,but common bathroom is only for 2rooms and the other room had no guests, so it was almost private bathroom. i had a little bit hard time to commmuniate in english, but i you could speak french, thats not gonna be a problem.

Liked: Very comfortable place to stay and for an excellent price. Staff were lovely, and the owner Sue is very friendly, full of tips and advice and makes a great effort to be available to guests at any time for whatever reason. We hope to return to Lunetoile!

Liked: It's a beautiful Riad, very clean and well decorated. We loved the little touches like complimentary dates, biscuits and nuts waiting in our room along with a bottle of water. Plus the room was really lovely and the bed extremely comfortable.

Disliked: Nothing at all bad about this place, it is a little wander to get into the central square, but along a charming street full of shops so it wasn't a problem for us.

Liked: Immensely kind and helpful staff, always willing to offer advice or guidance. Clean and well maintained to give a sense of relaxation and slowing of pace from home!!

Disliked: The breakfast is a little on the limited side? White bread, coffee and juice / jams......some eggs would have been great to set you up for the day ahead.

Liked: Location was fantastic. Hospitality was incomparable- Kabira and Sue were the friendliest people I've met in Morocco! Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was beautiful, delicious, and unforgettable. If you're going to Essaouira, stay at Lunetoile.

Liked: We had a wonderful time at Lunetoile and ended up staying an extra 2 nights. Sue was wonderful, full of excellent tips on food, travel, hammams etc and the staff were lovely. We loved our breakfasts on the terrace and the other guests! Essaouira and Lunetoile were the highlight of our short trip. It is a great town for eating in Morocco. It is less hectic than elsewhere and very friendly.

Liked: Lovely characterful house in the Medina with roof terrace and relaxing sun room. Charming bohemian style rooms with sofas and lots of cushions. Only criticism was the plastic under sheets on the beds - not very comfortable and made the beds feel cold and damp.

Liked: Lots of attention to detail with fresh flowers, candles and beautiful ornaments. Room 4 was luxurious, and the roof terrace was a great place to relax over breakfast and to meet other residents. There is also a cosy wee sheltered den on the roof for inclement weather. It's very close to shops and restaurants, but very peaceful too. The staff are very helpful and Sue the owner, is full of local knowledge and very willing to assist.

Liked: The staff at Lunetoile went out of their way to make sure we were looked after and advised on good spots to go during the day and at night. The restored building is really cosy and welcoming and the rooms are very spacious. Highly recommended!
