Liked: Brilliant location with lovely sun terrace to relax and to have breakfast in. Fellow travellers friendly and chatty. Staff helpful and offered info and guidance. Has a computer with internet access for all guest to use for free. Would definitely stay there again!

Liked: Brilliant location along one of the streets of the medina. At first there was some confusion over the amount that was due on arrival, but this was quickly resolved, just print your confirmation before arriving. The room was enormous with a large double bed and a furry rug for the colder evenings. High ceilings and typically Moroccan with hot water, loo paper and fresh towels everyday! The breakfast was fantastic, crepes, hot bread, eggs cooked differently each day, American muffins etc etc. The Riad was very decorative, with paintings and more traditional Moroccan features. There is no wifi in the rooms but there is a computer for guests downstairs and wifi in the 'lobby'. The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful giving maps and lots of other useful information. For a place to go for lunch go out of the Riad and turn right about 200m is a great little snack place on the left next to the coiffure.. lots of brochettes and sausages and omellettes. Great stay!

Liked: The riad is right in the medina/souk. There is a terrace for lazing in the sun and the staff assisted with anything we wanted even though they did not speak English, they laughed along and we got through! There is also wifi downstairs and outside the rooms if you stand on the inner balconies.

Disliked: one of the beds in our triple room was so firm it was like sleeping on a block of wood! There is a bit of noise outside but this is bearable considering the amazing location right in the souk. Our room did not get made up for four days but it turned out you have to leave your door key at reception for the staff to get in the room and clean, simple miscommunication.

Liked: The location was great! Double room was nice with a window out onto the street. Very Moroccan feel to the rooms. Breakfast was average but all Riads seems to serve the same for breakfast.

Disliked: The owner was rude. There are people that swamp you out on the street from other hostels trying to get your business... Then when we walked into the door to this Riad the owner ignored us for the first 10 mins before showing us some attention and asking if we had a reservation. She bossed around staff members in front of us and didn't show any interest in our stay.

Liked: The Riad is nicely located on the main shopping street. It has a pretty roof terrace where breakfast is served in the morning and good to catch the sun in the afternoons. Free Internet, books and games available. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are in traditional style and beds are comfy. Good budget accommodation. When we wanted to stay an extra night, there was no difficulties.

Liked: The inside is really nicely decorated and it was great to have our breakfast on the terrace.

Disliked: The breakfast was poor and there was a smell of cat pee coming from the wardrobe in the bedroom. The staff were not particuliarly nice and friendly and most of them ignored us. It was difficult to sleep at night as our bedroom was right in front of the street which was terribly noisy.

Liked: Lovely place, lovely staff, amazing roof terrace for breakfast, good location. Good value if you don't depend on meeting fellow travelers.

Disliked: Noting, really. There's no elevator, though, so if you're high up you need to manage a few stairs.

Liked: The best hostel I've ever seen, it is not a 5star hotel, but it has the most beautiful Moroccan style, nice terrace on the roof, it is very clean and the staff it is more than helpful.

Liked: The staff were all so lovely and helpful. The breakfast upstairs on the terrace was such a nice way to start the day. We ended up staying here an extra 3 nights as we enjoyed it so much, particularly as we were upgraded to a triple room. Safe and secure place, and very convenient location right in the middle of the markets.

Disliked: Only thing I would say is if you are a light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs as the downside of being in such a good location is all the noise from people walking/talking right outside. Otherwise a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Liked: This Riad was great! It was beyond all our expectations. It was quiet and secure, and we felt great being there. The bed was quite hard, but when we came back after a desert trip, we had another room and there the bed was nice. Bathrooms are beautiful and have lots of atmosphere. The breakfast was great en tasty and the staff was so nice!We left our luggage in the riad during our 3 days tour to the desert. Everything was still there when we got back :)A great hotel/riad. Absolutely amazing!

Disliked: Nothing. Maybe the bed that was quite hard.

Liked: The best thing about this Riad was the satff - the ladies who run the hotel were so nice and helpful. There was one who spoke great English which helped us out and the lady who made breakfast was a sweetie! (It rained while we were there so she set up food in our bedroom).The traditional decor and terrace area were pretty.They have a good map at reception and it is very near to everything - restaurants, shops, the port.

Disliked: Our room was very noisy - it faced on to the main street, had 2 windows and 1 didn't shut properly and there was nothing in the room (space for it though) - no table, chair, drawers, shelves and the mattress was bad (but I do think this is a running theme in Morocco!) The bathroom was hard to manoeuvre (miniscule) & watch the tap being too big for the sink - I got soaked on many occasions! It's a shame as we saw in to some other rooms/bathrooms which looked nicer and less basic but because of the one we were put in it made us less happy with the overall stay there.
