maeve toomeyWe had a very positive experience at the Riad Zahra. They actually returned money to us, charging us less than the initial rate quoted and we had not asked for this. We found the staff to be very friendly and efficent, some of whom had very good english as our french was pretty basic. The Riad was very clean and nicely decorated, it was spacious with a sea view, swiming pool and bar. Breakfast was tasty and the staff wre open to us asking for specific items of food we liked. There was a great new years eve party with a live local band which was attended and enjoyed by both guests and staff. We joined the party later in the evening and were made very welcome and given a complimentary glass of champagne, party hats etc! really good fun. I would definatedly reccommend this as a great place to stay. |

Nick Triggswimming pool with terrapin and garden with tortoises. Largish room with two balconies, nicely decorated and furnished. Roof terrace with good views of the sea. Meals and wine very good and staff extremely helpful. |

Tony DavenportA friendly greeting from the owner when we arrived, after a really long journey - The best though was after a day out in town sightseeing and shopping it was great to come back to the Riad Zahra and chill out by the pool with a drink from the bar. There was also a computer available to check emails which was very handy. The staff were very helpful as were the owners and we would definately reccommend them. |

MAIR EDWARDSIt was a family run hostel that made you feel very welcome, and it really had a homely feel. It was about a 15 min walk along the beach with fantastic views from the middle of the city. You could also get a taxi for just 70p. It was very safe and would recomend it. The Bar was very comfortable some where to just have a drink while playing cards of have good conversation with other guests. The did also serve food in the bar/ restaurant which was good value for money and very nice. The pool was a decent size and a perfect place to relax away from the hustle and bustle to read a book! |
