Closed to Sidi-Abdelhamid, on your left, towards the Riad ChefChaouen, you will find Tarek Hotel. Opened in April 2007, you can both have all comfort you need and to be accommodated in an outstanding historic building.

Chefchaouen is situated in the mountains of Rif, just inland from Tangier and Tetouan. Chefchaouen must be the safest place in Morocco and there will be no warnings against walking around in the streets even in the middle of the night.

But Chefchaouen has many attractions, and these apply to all types of travelers. The city is simply beautiful, with simple houses with illuminatingly white walls and doors as blue as the sky above you. Every street is better taken care of and cleaner than any other city I have visited in my life. But that's not all: everything here is dramatically set climbing up two mountains before the city ends in the water source where small kids swim in the most idyllic surroundings you have ever seen.
