 Swimming pool on roof, bar on site (beer 14dh). Three restaurants next door offering 3 course set meals for 35hd. Sat TV, cinema across street, market next block. Turned out to be best value stay in Morocco.

It was a great value for money with many local shops nearby with fixed prices so no haggling and the prices were very reasonable. I had my fiance who is from morocco with me and she said it is the same price a local would pay at the souks but the quality was better.

This hotel is located in the Talborjt area with cheap restaurants available in the same block. The rooms are not overly fancy but well worth the money. The beach is 20 minutes away and there is a small pool at the roof terrace.

Very helpful staff,clean and well run.The splashpool can come in handy on hot days! Real moroccan neighbourhood all around the Hotel (might sound funny but is not when you think"Package Holiday Destination ".)20- 25 minutes walk to the beach.Handy for people who want to travel on by bus (booking offices near by)

The hotel was a real gem. 20 metres from the CTM and Satas offices its set on a pleasant, quiet square with a good selection of cheap restaurants and cafes. The communal areas are a bit dated but the rooms were spotless and our "double" also contained a single bed. Staff were helpful and the small plunge pool on the roof was a real life saver after a long coach ride.
Be aware this hotel is a good 15 minute walk from the beach and main strip. Its fine going downhill to the beachfront, just follow the crowds, but some might prefer petits taxis to return uphill to the hotel.
If you don't mind a bit of a stroll to the beach this place is perfect, good value and well located for transport links.

This hotel was an amazing value for its price ($15 a night). But there was some mold in the bathroom and the drain in the bathroom did not drain. Overall it was a great hotel.

staff could understand my friends extremely broad Irish accent, something most people struggle with! Friendly and helpful staff, couldn't be closer to the bus station and easy walk to the beach.
