We have 10 first class apartments on 3 floors, 4 with 2 beds, 6 apartments with 3 beds, and 2 super delux all-inclusive apartments. All apartments have their own terrace with sea views, separate bathrooms with shower cabins, satellite TV, mini bar and wireless internet.

Outside apartments have their own yard. We have free and safe parking space for 20 cars. We have restaurant bar inside with traditional look and stone interior and two restaurants. Inside the restaurant have capacity for 40 seats and an outside restaurant with capacity of 30 seats including own wood bread and pizza bakery. Mostly we offer half-pension, including breakfast and dinner serving inside and outside restaurant different meals from international and traditional cuisine.

And if you do not have a license or are a beginner, not to worry, there are ample instructors waiting to assist you in enjoying your new activity in a fun and safe environment.

If you are planning a summer vacation with your children, Ulcinj offers both the warm sandy beaches of the Adriatic Coast and areas exclusively dedicated to children. Large and small playgrounds can be found up and down the beach. Each of these has been carefully designed to be safe and yet, exciting for your children. There are even water slides and small pools which offer your children an exciting and safe alternative to the salty sea.
For those sports enthusiasts looking for more to do after a day on the beach, the hotel complex of “Velika Plaza” also offers opportunities to enjoy such team sports as football, basketball and volleyball. You might also decide to enjoy an exciting day on well known Ada Bojana surfing on the sea waves, riding horses, or kite and wind surfing.

Fly high above Uclinj and in a single blink of an eye you will see the Bojana River, Šas Lake, Ada Bojana Island, Big Beach, the Adriatic Sea, Old Town, and Ulcinj’s mountains.
