Liked: Perfect proximity to the lake, near enough without all the noise!! As well as the constant flow of clean fresh water from the spring.

Liked: Nice rooms with great and cheap breakfast. Saki is a wonderfull host. One day I forgot my camera in a cab. Saki didn't hesitate and jumped on his motorcycle to race behind the cabdriver. After 5 minutes we managed to catch up with him and I got my camera back. Thanks again Saki!!!

Disliked: Location: It's a bit of a walk to the Old Town.

Liked: Great welcome, nice to have a drink and snacks waiting for us when we arrived. Good food available. Very helpful staff. Large spacious room with couches.

Disliked: Kids playing video games with repetitive music kind of did our heads in when we were playing cards in the common area...

Liked: Saki and his family are really great hospitable people. We enjoyed stay at his house so much that decided to stay there more. There are nice balconies where you can relax, wifi everywhere. Rooms were clean. It's around 10-15 min by foot to the beach, so not far to walk.Saki is so nice that he drived us to the bus station with his car when we were going home. If you want he can arrange for you any excursion you want for a good price. It's a good place to stay.

Disliked: Maybe I am not critical enough but I liked everything

Liked: What a great place to stay. Saki and his family do all they can to ensure that you have a great time in Montenegro.Make sure you take Saki up on the boat tour, its well worth it and nice to do some sight seeing with a local who is passionate about his country and just wants you to have the best time possible.As Saki says "Just Enjoy!!"Thanks Saki!!

Liked: I was meant to stay here for two nights and ended up staying for 5 i couldnt leave. Saki and his family were so helpful. Saki took us on so many day trips fishing on his boat, swam in caves, castle to see the sunset for the smallest price to pay. His mother was lovely, wife is an amazing cook. They do love rakija, there home made is good. The rooms had a TV and DVD player so u can just relax when you want to. I had a great experience and would recommend it to everyone.

Liked: Saki and his family were so welcoming and willing to help. We enjoyed the complimentary rakija shot and fresh figs and grapes on arrival and Saki was willing to give us guided tours and lifts in his car to wherever we wished. The triple room was huge and in immaculate condition. Breakfast was scrumptious and the free internet was also a bonus. A great place!

Liked: Perfect and very comfortable acommodation for very reasonable price! Saki is a great and very friendly guy, we really like him.Strongly recommended if you decide to stay in Budva!

Disliked: Map of location ( http://www.saki-apartmani.com/sites/default/files/images/fckeditor/saki-map.jpg ) is not very accurate. Many people would definitely appreciate exact GPS coordinates of this apartmani or exact Google maps location, because it's quite complicated to find it for the first time.

Liked: Saki is a great host - dedicated to guests and focused on their well being.Place is not cheap but provides reall good value for money (huge rooms, very well equiped) and they serve amazing breakfasts :D

Liked: I liked this hostel very much. It was clean and quiet a lot. They give us a wonderful breakfast. Lastly it has a car parking for guests, so it is useful for us.

Liked: Simply the best!!! A lot of international people to meet there, extremely friendly staff/ owners, the conditions are great, free internet, parking, good grapes in the garden, excelent room ( at least ours)...I would definitely recomand Saki.

Liked: The personal approach from the staff who went out of their way to make sure you were comfortable. The communal areas were really sociable. The appartment was huge and very clean with execellent facilities.

Liked: Saki was very nice and willing to help, although seemed a bit confused! He did give us his laptop when the PC wasn't working, and gave us some very suspicious tasting home made spirits. Very welcoming and large rooms, with a nice terrace.

Disliked: It was all good, quite far away from the beach but wasn't too bad. I would recommend it.

Liked: Owners were really welcoming and helpful, they speak really good English and German. Saki organizes cool boat trips. There were a lot of young travellers and it was easy to meet people.

Disliked: You need to take a taxi to go to the old city and beach (but taxis are cheap there, about 2 or 3 euros) if you don't like to walk quite a long distance in the heat.
