Liked: More like a hotel. Friendly owner that helped out.

Disliked: A bit far from the train station, but on the other hand - close to the sea.

Disliked: Appalling state of cleanliness in the bathroom. Toilet brush caked in faeces and left in a filthy brown pool.

Liked: It was good for a quick stopover if all you wanted to do was sleep and leave and required no assistance from the staff; they were as helpful and as kind as possible without knowing much english at all.

Disliked: The walking directions were not the best. Thought it would be closer to the station. Was put in a dorm rather than a single because I arrived late. Beds were not that comfortable.

Liked: it was close to the train station

Disliked: we got in at 2 in the morning from dubrovnik and we had to be up at five to leave for the train station. there were kids running up and down the halls till at least 3 in the morning being really loud.

Liked: Staff extremely friendly, run by very nice family.Very good value for money.Nice clean property, air conditioning so perfect relief from the heat.I would definitely stay at Vila Jadran again.Good location, 10-15 min walk to the beach, 20 min walk to centre of town.

Liked: The owner was great, picked me up in the middle of the night. I got my own room with a good bed for 15 euros. The next day he drove me to the bus station!Great guy and a v nice hostel.
