Customer reviewA decent enough hostel that organises very cheap tours. However, these tours are without an english speaking guide, and include no food. A far better option is to stay at the Golden Gobi Hostel, which is a much nicer hostel for the same price. There they organise tours with english-speaking guides who cook all your meals (even vegetarian) and the food is great, and they cost only a fraction more. Take that advice, it'll make for a much better tour of Mongolia where you'll actually understand where you are and what's going on! |

Customer reviewIt was really crowded of people in a queue for whatever, the bathrom, the kitchen, everything. There wasn't any hot water in the time I spent there. Probably it wasn't their fault, but it was anoying. |

Mie MortensenThis was a great place to arrange a tour and meet fellow travellers, and the staff was very helpful in spite of being very overrun, however, the backpacker buzz can be a bit overwhelming and there are people evrywhere all the time. |

Customer reviewThey are super helpful; can book your train tickets for you to anywhere, and booked us a fantastic and very reasonable trip into Mongolia for 20 days. There is no need to stay for long at the Hostel or UB as a city though .. not much of interest until you get into the countryside! |

Chris OliverThe hostel has a good central location, is extremely clean and is a good place for finding people to go on tours with. It does feel like a business in terms of the selling of tours etc (and they should drop the nominal charge for storing luggage when you go on one of their tours - no hidden costs though, they are very up front about what the services cost). The building is fairly characterless but facilities are decent inside. |

Emmanuelle Hardy-Senécalfun staff, extremely well organised. Some issues about safety (outside the hostel, does not look safe after dark). Hotel is way too crowded. But it is really clean. Really good starting point for organising tours in Mogolia. Recommended!!! |

Travis HellstromI love the people and the atmosphere. It is located in a perfect place in UB, very close to the center of town. It is also very quiet and relaxing. Bobby (the girl) is absolutely wonderful and Kim (the guy) is pretty cool too. |
